in the meanwhile here is a list of common curse words and other phrases.

Does anyone know an easy book to read korean and become more fluent? I still got some errors due i don't have enough free time and i only read what the teacher teach us... So, please? anyone? Even if it's a book for children or something easy. Thank you, guys ( ◞･౪･)

This is from a playthough of the game Phasmophobia so I know the first word is Yurei (a type of ghost) and I know the whole sentence means “It could be a Yurei” but was does the the word 될 add?

Tumblr plz help

I host this Korean-Swedish study circle that I've been "maintaining" for about 3 going on 4 years. Our members have fluctuated a lot (cause we boring and don't know kpop) throughout this time except for my one and only solid member (this sweet girl I cannot connect with for whatever reason). Recently, this past summer and autumn, we've been getting more serious members (by that I mean people actually there to learn Korean, spouses and exchange students to-be ). As the group grows, it's harder cause I feel like I actively have to lead or else chaos... But I'm ok with that cause that's what I pay for (no, I actually pay for this). Problem is though, with new a m b i t i o u s members, you get those who are.. the kind who introduces themselves as "well my Korean name is".

This actually happened and she didn't even give me her actual name, like I wouldn't know what to tell the police if they came for her. Whwn this happened, I kinda just nodded and moved on to the next person. But like, I feel like this should be addressed. Although I'm just not sure if it's my place to address it? We do have Koreans in the group and I'd feel like me speaking up might be speaking out of place (to speak on their behalf)? What should I do about this girl who's clearly and utterly zero percent Korean and future more to come?

hey quick language learning tip! i watch a lot of asmr videos and if youre into those they can be a great way to practice listening if youre not that great at it bc they usually talk slower! i usually watch "latte asmr" for korean (she also does english and japanese and shes actually my favorite! she puts time stamps in the description of what she does when and most of her stuff is gender neutral once u get past the titles bc she usually says "you" instead of pronouns! i love her videos so much!!!) for spanish i usually watch "murmullo latina asmr"! she does some nice stuff in english as well on the channel "whisper latina asmr" and if youre learning mandarin chinese "tingting asmr" has asmr videos that help you learn chinese while you sleep! she also has a few on chinese culture! i personally prefer korean asmr videos over english ones bc the ppl i watch hit the consonants (especially ㅋ/ㄲ, ㄷ/ㄸ, and ㅌ) a little bit harder (i especially love words like 축축하다 and 딱딱하다 because of the repeated sounds!). some other korean asmr youtubers i watch are "babzi asmr" and "asmr thomwhat"! babzi has subs in lots of languages and thomwhat has eng subs on most vids!

hello everyone that will see this (probably no on will and i’m just talking to myself, like usual)

my name is Sofia and i’m from portugal. i’m 17 years old and trying to learn korean by myself. so i’m looking for someone that knows korean and that wants to help me. hopefully a future friend with who i can keep chating. i also would like to learn about asian culture in general bc thats a thing idk much about. some interests just to see if we have something in common: i like kpop, kdramas, anime, tv series (doctor who, shadowhunters, supernatural, riverdale, etc), movies (marvel movies and animation are my fav types), books (mostly fantasy, harry potter, percy jackson and everything after it, the mortal instruments, etc) and music (top, p!atd, melanie martinez, ed sheeran, alicia cara, troye sivan, etc) 

i speak portuguese and english so i can help with those two as well
