Mobage Heroine / Female MC Tier List

I made a tier list for heroines / female MCs / female protagonists from various mobile games. This includes both player characters and main heroines from the story in gacha, otome, joseimuke (female oriented), and other general titles. Mostly from JP, CN, and KR games.

Feel free to make your own version and rank the heroines or MCs however you like!

Does anyone remember KOYONPLETE‘s The Cradle of Thorns ~My Brother Belongs to Me~ (or, in Japanese: 茨の揺り籠」　 〜 弟は僕だけのもの〜)?

The game was released back in 2014. I played it shortly after it came out, actually, and I was never quite able to forget it. Probably because of the art style, maybe because of the story (which was... mediocre but strangly interesting). Whatever it was, I felt like playing it again recently.

However, I found out that the developers just vanished and with them their games and servers. KOYONPLETE was just gone, without any warning. The Cradle of Thorns wasn’t even on the playstore anymore and the only suriving footage that I could find online was this video of someone recording the first chapter.

I almost gave up on ever seeing anything about the game ever again. I wasn’t the only one searching for it, judging from the comments on that video.

So why am I making this post? A trip down memory lane? Yes and no. I don’t have any followers on here but I’m hoping my post will somehow end up in some google results. Maybe I can help someone else out.

The only reason I played Koyonplete games was because of the commenting feature. You have not lived until you bust a gut from rapid-fire quips in every single page, courtesy of the witty fanbase.

Does anyone remember KOYONPLETE?

It’s been several years since Koyonplete pretty much disappeared from existence, all of the apps going with them like Love Academy, Sushi rangers, Forbidden love triangle and Seal of Lycoris, just to name a few. To be honest I really haven’t thought of these games until I found some saved Images In an album of mine and the fact that their social media pages are still up with the last few updates being late 2016? Now, if you don’t know Koyonplete unlike Voltage inc., CYBIRD and NTT Solmare games Koyonplete had a different system when it came to playing, every time you logged in a wheel for you to spin would appear and you would earn jewel, like chapter tickets in other free to play games but it would be random every time. Sometimes you earned 25...25! What!? Rant aside, you could tap away until the jewel was consumed and had to wait for the next day, I found it sometimes to be inconsistent however with the recharge and would wait 2-3 days before I would pick it up and play again hoping the wheel would show up, yet the story still sucked me in no matter how long I waited. I did enjoy these but I did like some more than others. As far as their disappearance there has been speculation like the company going bankrupt as they never resurfaced after going into a mandatory maintenance for all the apps...

Okay then... Suspicious....  

And people were confused and wanted to know why the apps stopped working and then all of a sudden wouldn’t open at all. Like where’s my sushi husband!? 

I MEAN LOOK AT THIS FACE, THE FACE OF A HOT EGG! LITERALLY!

I mean the concepts was unusual but it worked well, sushi came to life and turned human! HOW?!?... and the art like most of the other games of this company were very beautiful and eye catching with bright colors like the hair of the other sushi boys

Overall I do miss the games from this company, they had good storylines and characters that caught your attention... Even though they suddenly vanished into thin air they did leave a legacy a short one but a legacy nonetheless and if they were to return I’d play but for now the mystery of their disappearance will still exist since there was no actual notice of going bankrupt or if they just packed up and left one day...  One thing I don’t miss however is that wheel... ʘ‿ʘ ..... No wheel....
