Wow!!

None of my other stories are getting any hits but I am kinda selfishly and jealously pleased about this because a lot of times it feels like other stories - namely Five Times Manny Hugged Diego's ffn port - steal Lacrimosa's thunder and it's so cool to see people diving into L!!

Chapter 18 of CI: Lacrimosa is here!

In this chapter, we get more hints about CI bk 1 and the particulars of the story going on in the background, the Scarlett solidifies her place in Cortez's pack, and Cortez and Clovis have a foil-to-foil showdown over a certain misplaced grudge, and their differing and conflicting viewpoints when it comes to peace - the making and keeping thereof - and killing for pleasure versus killing for survival.
