Our class is preparing to teach a language camp for the community, basically a week-long crash course in Skaruręʔkyéha·ʔ centered around a theme. This year the theme is Hę̀·we tyahwáhseʔ? ("Where are you going?")

I need to know if my notes will be comprehensible to a layperson, so if you guys could offer your thoughts, I would very much appreciate it.

pronunciation: (hihh-weh) Example: Hę̀·we tiθaʔnè·nęʔ? = Where do you live? ---

haʔ kęʔ = where (as a statement) pronunciation: (ha. gih.)

Example: [Address] haʔ kęʔ tiwaknè·nęʔ. = [Address] is where I live. ---

héʔthuʔ = there pronunciation: (HEH. too.) Example: Héʔthuʔ haʔ kęʔ tiwaknè·nęʔ. = I live there.

I was at a camp, to learn French for a month, and then I had to leave due to my crappy heart. The heat wave, no A/C and multiple heart conditions, do not combine well... FML. Can I have a new heart? Please?

Kalba.Lt Language Day Camp for Kids

Kalba.Lt, an educational organisation helping kids, teens, adults and companies in Lithuania learn foreign languages, hosted Language Day Camp for Kids in Vilnius on January 5th and invited TutoTOONS to present what game creators do.

In Language Day Camps kids learn English and Chinese in the morning, play, draw and socialize, and meet guests in the afternoon.

TutoTOONS developer Deividas Baumilas introduced the daily tasks of game developers and game artists, and explained how to become a game creator. You have to study and work hard!

It’s amazing how many questions kids asked and how many ideas they suggested for new games. Some are even learning how to code and have already created a few video games, and one kid is planning to join TutoTOONS team in the future. 😎

When we hang out with kids, games are always involved and Language Day Camp was not an exception. Boys really liked our old but still cool Car Builder 3 and girls loved Miss Preschool Math World. It was very flattering to see that kids recognise TutoTOONS owl and know our games. ☺️

Language Camp Experience - Le Deuxième Jour

Alors, après le deuxième jour, parlant le français avec les autres gens est un peu facile. Souviens de parler en français être un peu difficile mais, je trouver moi - même comprendre le français sans le pense. Euh, j'ai aussi adopter un habit où j'utilise les mains à décrire un mot ou une phrase, ET je roule mes lèvres? Aussi? comme une expression de la français mais, je ne pense pas que il soit un expression de la français? probablement pas. Mais, je kiffe!

Language Camp Experience - Day Before Camp

So, I'm going to a language immersion camp like. Tomorrow for french for a week. And I'm sitting here trying to pack. And, I keep over packing and I'm like, I need everything. But at the same time I don't lol. But anyway, I'm excited for the camp because we have to speak in french during meals and down time so hopefully I won't completely die since the other kids are my age and not native speakers. But, at the same time I feel like I'm gonna be the oldest one there (soon to be a senior) and it's gonna make me mad lol because that'll be awkward if they're all freshman/going to be sophomores and I'll just get annoyed with them. But then again, little kids can be cool I guess. I just hope no one ruins the immersion experience just cuz they don't want to, yet it's what they signed up for >.> cuz there is always that one stupid person.
