So! As it turns out every Turian from LE2 within the asset database uses Lantar Sidonis's default face texture and tattoo settings! LE1 uses Nihlus as a base. It's a fun little easteregg i found.

For LE1 I set up more of a blank canvas Turian texture but you can paste these values in to get Sidonis's face and tattoo texture.

You can do this with Legendary Explorer's mesh explorer.

Right click and open in package editor.
