3 cone lateral speed drill • We use a lot of rhythmic drills to teach and practice movement patterns. We have worked up to this drill looking this good... you haven’t seen the work she has put into this! This one works on three specific patterns: 1) pushing off the outside leg, 2) ripping the inside arm, 3) resetting the feet, with no crossover, to continue pushing off that outside leg. • These rhythmic drills can be difficult to master, but once you do the movement is ingrained into your memory.
