Meet Xocotlalli, Horsewoman of Famine and Harbringer of Abundance. Also, younger sister of Eryn (War/Peace, whom you can meet here)
Unlike her older sister, Xocotlalli doesn't have a double personality. She just shifts her looks between jobs as a show of solidarity -and well, to let everyone else knows HOW is she working at any given time)
When she working as Abundance (Right), she works as a waitress at her Fonda, Xocotlalli, that can be found... well, anywhere where people are hungry. She prides herself on not needing menus, or even people to order. Once you sit down? She will bring you whatever it was you really wanted to eat, no matter what kind of food it was, and you will leave the place feeling filled and with a lighter step. Well, as long as you are a sharing person. When it comes to greedy people? She usually takes a different approach which is more on her Famine (Left) side. See, while her title is officially "Famine", she prefers to see that side of her job as "Rationing", so your portions will always look smaller (as she will be feeding others from your bill), and no matter how much you eat? You'll always feel like you didn't eat a bite.
While she will prepare food from everywhere in the world, and she adores food festivals whenever they happen, she is also adamant about the fact that she is Mexican. Sure, she was born long before Mexico was a thing, hell, before Earth was created, but she is still Mexican because Mexicans are born whenever and wherever they want. (Also, she adores that about 95% of Mexican holidays are all around food and sharing food so... yeah, Her people!)
Of all the Horsewomen, Xocotlalli is the one who hates the bad rep they get the most, because she will insist to anyone that will listen whenever she gets in the mood to rant (Which is, usually, after her 56 bottle of Tequila) that they're NOT the cause of the Apocalypse, but the warning signs that are there to make people realize that it's time to stop whatever they're doing and go back to the drawing board. And she will also point out that rationing during abundance times -proper rationing, not the whole idiocy that is the 1% keeping things from the 99%- insures that people don't actually end up in her sister Death's realm during famine times. She has a lot of things to say about that, and pretty much everyone who works at her Fonda -who are normal humans who don't know her real identity - think that she's some sort of Communist hippie whenever she starts on that particular subject.
Xocotlalli (Or Xoco, as her sisters call her) loves to cook, but sometimes is annoyed that no one in her family understands the concept of small talk after eating! In particular, Aysha, Life and Death, tends to dine and dash since she is always busy on Life Days. She also loves collecting mugs and has a huge collection on her apartment, with mugs as old as time, and also new novelty ones that she gets at dollar stores (her current favorite is one with a lid that looks like a cat and a spoon that looks like the cat's paw). However, she hates microwave ovens with a passion, which makes her end up in a bit of a conflict with Joliot, Health and Pestilence, when talking about technology.
Just as I draw War more than Peace? I LOVE drawing Xoco as Abundance, but that is mostly because as Abundance, she will ALWAYS dress in typical Mexican dresses, and those are always fun to draw!
