Nights are not for debates, tells my wise heart to my foolish mind. You see, this little head has been forever drawn to deep philosophical matters, trying to reach empirical truths, through the long journey of personal experiences and also the accumulation of so-called-knowledge acquired from people, both alive and dead. But no, I must lay my head to rest. I can't conduct any more fierce battle there. The arms of reason and intellect must be laid down and surrendered. It is dark, it is the stillness and the sacredness of the night. Time for the soul to sing and bloom and dance. Poetry? Yes. Love making? Yes. Prayers & meditation? Yes. There's no room for the mind at night, its time was in broad daylight, to distinguish between right and wrong, to choose profit above loss. When the sun has set, the time of soul has begun. To get drunk on ecstasy and howl with the wolves, to hold each other - hips or hands - makes no difference and to dance till dawn...
