7 Layer Dip Cups
Recipe by Sugar & Soul
Yummy Layered Dip
2 - 9 oz. containers bean dip
2 - 7 oz. cans diced green chilies, drained
24 oz. jar picante sauce (I only used about half of it, though)
16 oz. sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Smear both cans of bean dip into the bottom of a decorative dish. Pour one can of chilies over bean dip and distribute evenly with fingers. Pour on a layer of picante sauce. Gently smooth all of the sour cream over the pocante sauce. Add a second layer of chilies, then top with desired amount of cheddar cheese. Serve with Scoops.
NOTE: This dip can be eaten immediately after making, but the layers hold together much better if it’s chilled for a couple of hours before serving.
Mexican Dip/Layered Dip
1 16 oz. can refried beans
1 16 oz. jar salsa (medium recommended, but your taste prevails)
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, sliced
Layer beans, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, tomato, and black olives in that order in a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
