I’m backkkkk

I probably weigh about a stone more than I did before I left because pretty much ate everything in sight

Skiing was amazing, weather as decent for most of the time despite a few white outs which was pretty mental to ski through not to mention cold

After getting home on Saturday and continuing to eat like poo, I decided I would get it all out of my system yesterday and get back to it today especially as I start my crossfit fundamentals training tomorrow and I want to put everything I have into it…. If you look carefully you’ll be able to see the 18 mini doughnuts is destroyed in probably under an hour. Issues.

So excited to start crossfit and I plan to be as open and real and honest about how it all goes Incase anyone else is interested as I’ve struggled to find a beginner to crossfit - bloggers which may or may not have calmed ma nerves about it haha!
