September is Pain Awareness Month, raising public awareness around pain, pain management and the great work pain professionals are doing. A natural pain reliever is the infrared sauna. Infrared waves penetrate the body, creating heat. Through this elevated temperature, blood flow increases. In turn, your body is able to bring cells, nutrients, oxygen and more to the areas that need it the most, helping reduce pain and improve function.
10 days ago I’ve stopped using Botox and started something new. This newest migraine therapy uses some different ingredient than usual medicines. It is expensive and not well tested. But it works - since start I've had only one migraine so far! #migraine #aimovig #chronicpain #chronicmigraine #lifewithpain #migrainessuck #migraineawareness #erenumab #migrainelife #migrainewarrior (w: Poznan, Poland) https://www.instagram.com/justi.blue/p/BydI7L2IaqN/?igshid=n35gk17a52vv

Game of thrones and iZombie
Watching GOT and iZombie with the hubs. I'm actually having a relatively okay pain day, well as good as they ever get anyway. Did our grocery shopping and had dinner. All in all a pretty good day. The boys (Tipsy & Purdy) have been sleeping most of the day. Lol! Cats
no rhythm
If there was a rhythm to the way it works maybe it could make sense. To be honest there isn't. What I know is that the past couple days have been great. Really great and I hold on to that and am so thankful. There is still pain but I am not consumed. I hope these good days last. They are what keep me going.
