Leg day!
Get it right, get it tight!
Today is a weird shift at work so ate a huge breakfast to last me until dinner 😬
Wasn’t feeling the gym today (supposed to do legs and cardio today) but I at least went to do cardio and I’ll add legs to tomorrow’s workout. Didn’t have headphones and tried out the stair climber. Not sure if I regret it or not yet.
What are your New Years resolution?
• quit smoking
• lose at least 50 lbs this year
• drink 60 ounces of water a day
• be kinder (seriously, I hate people)
• give some sort of appreciation daily
• make more time for family and friends

Haven’t posted in such a long time! Tried bullet journaling and it just wasn’t for me. Maybe I’ll try blogging again. At least just once a week to start. So in the picture on the left I weigh 320, the highest weight I’ve ever been in my entire life. On the right I weigh 288! I honestly don’t even remember the last time I weighed in the 200’s. I started seeing a nutritionist who...I have mixed feelings for. She’s nice but didn’t really give me any new information but she helps keep me accountable. My diet is definitely what I need to tackle next. I’m not eating horribly (no fast food, mostly only drinking water) and I’ve definitely swapped for healthier meals and am keeping portions in check. I’ve began actually going to the gym M-F for the past 2 months (minus 10 days when I was away on vacay) I do cardio and weight lift 3x a week. Going to start blogging here and my personal blog again. Hopefully. We’ll see how it goes.
Heading to the gym, in no way am I going like this lol but I'm feeling good today! Been working out consistently for the past week and a half, down 12lbs total and doing my first 5k this Sunday 😝 How's everyone else's Thursday going?
HOLY HELL
My entire past week was a NIGHTMARE. I got suspended from work due to catty back stabbing people! I swear if people just did their job, they would be AMAZED at the results! I thought I was going to lose my job and I was a complete mess. Monday came and everything at work blew over. Last week I didn't really stick to my meal plan at all and only worked out a couple times. But as of yesterday I'm back on my meal plan! Plus side I did lose another pound despite all the crap from last week haha. Just got to keep pushing forward!
Officially down 10 lbs!
Weighed in this morning at 310!!!!
