LILY EVANS MY BELOVED!

So this one is going to be a little different compared to Pandoras bc I have some of her lore written out so here's her basic lore and then I'll do my rambly hcs!

Lily Jean Evans (Born: Liliwen Jean Evans

Birthday: January 30th, 1960 (Aquarius)

Parents: Margaret “Daisy” Evans (Born Margaret Jo Kirk) (Muggle) and Joseph Neil Evans (Muggle)

Nationality: Half Scottish (Mother’s side) and Half English (Father’s side)

Language(s): English and knew some Gaelic/Scottish sayings (she knows Gaelic from her mother, who knows it fluently but never spoke it around Lily’s father because he felt “emasculated” whenever she did) 

Sexuality: Sapphic and but says Bisexual (80% woman, 15% gnc/enbies, 5% men)

Gender/Presentation: CisFemale/Femme presenting

Nicknames/Chosen Names: Lily, Lils, Lily Jean, Evans, Els, Jean (pronounced John) (only by Sirius because he was raised speaking French and thought it was funny) she hates if anyone tries to call her Liliwen other than her mother and would curse them to smitherines (literally and verbally) (just ask sirius)

Pronouns: She/Her but doesn’t mind They/Them 

Relatives: Obviously her parents, also her sister Petunia Grace Evans (later Dursley), her mother also had a brother but she never met him because her mother moved from Scotland and never heard from her family again but her brother had 4 children (3 sons and a daughter) and her sister Petunia had a husband, Vernon  who she met last at their last family christmas with her family, and son, Dudley that Lily didn’t meet because she and her sister had a falling out.

Onto the rambles,

So I hc Lily and Petunia's relationship to always have been kind of strained and not for Lily's lack of trying. Petunia was always bitter because she felt like their mother doted on Lily (which isn't necessarily true ally was just a needy baby and child. But Petunia never saw it that way and just saw Lily getting all their mother's attention and blamed Lily for it. Lily definetly took after her mother in core values and in her appearance where Petunia took after their father. Their father is pretty religious and expected everyone else to follow suit so when Lily showed signs of growing away from it he was not happy and Petunia never really strayed away from it abd so he always favored her for that (and also because she was a carbon copy of him). Htheir mother wasn't very religious but only went along with it to make him happy but told Lily she didn't judge her for her straying away from it. (I could go on and on about ally abd her family so if you want a dedicated post please let me know)

Anyway onto hogwarts!

Well not exactly yet. So Lily was always very smart and took in (academic) knowledge like a sponge. But also like a sponge she gets squeezed and she releases it all and only retains a whole lot. So she has to study tons and do loads of revisions because she forgets just as easily as she remembers. So she always was always very focused on her studies. That was even before an odd looking stern woman showed up on their doorstep with a letter and the beginning of the end for the Evans family.

So in August if 1971 Lily and her mother went to a "Diagon Alley" looking for all her school supplies. And when they walked in the pub she was very confused on where she would get her school supplies until someone led her and her mother through the back door. And through a moving wall?

Then on to September 1st 1971...

The other day, I was casually browsing the Tumblr of the creator of MDHM. I decided to search for "James" (One of Alan's step brothers)

And surprisingly, James fits the Daisy effect!!!!

If you don't know or don't want to read, that's okay! I'll give you a summary.

I created an effect called "Daisy". If Liy (Liy= Name of that person's category) accidentally finds someone who looks like her Lemon(an abuser)—We call him "Al", I changed the name to "Mimic"(Mimic= someone who makes Liy remember her Lemon) because AL sounded too much like Alan. Ahem, James fits this effect because he would kind of be her "Mimic".

And in fact, Alan's brothers (Jules and Claude) are somewhat similar in personality to Soren!

I mean, Jame's hair? Skin?

And I hadn't even noticed before!!!

Now, look at Carver. He would be her Mimic.

Honestly, I'd say that if Carver, James, and Lily were in a room, Lily would go to Carver. But James has this thing about calling his one the "Doll face," the same thing Soren did with her. It depends on which one she meets first. The full game hasn't been released yet, so who knows?

Lily falls in love with strange people, OR physically identical people to Soren (not exactly identical... Practically anyone with orange hair and that skin tone). But James is an exception since he is VERY similar.

She's more drawn to personality, but physical and specific stuff also catch her attention. If you have one of those personality traits but not the looks, it might take longer for her to like you.

If you have practically all the personality traits, but aren't similar, then she will like you! The same goes if it's the opposite.

All "Liy" have different tastes! This is what Lilith likes

• Physically

That person must have the following physical traits

Orange hair, or just a color similar to orange.

Sharp teeth, fangs!!!!!

The only thing she remembers about Soren is his eyes, so the color orange is the most important thing! If it's not orange, your eyes must be something very unique/out of the ordinary, like Carver who has no pupils.

Sing, hum, whistle; anything related to music (Just like Stu does!)

A little shorter than her, maybe 5'9 slightly taller.

Smells like blood, otherwise, cigarettes, beer or simply soap (lol, that's much easier).

Dark circles under the eyes.

One thing I would add to personality was "flirty, but ONLY if that person has more than 4 of these things in "physically", then she'll accept it just fine, otherwise you will be like Alan and she will just cry.

Lily often confuses love, to the point that she has a very twisted view. Like, you're abusing her but then you don't talk to her? Then you're sorry and love her!

Lily confuses all kinds of love as the same thing, the kind of love her brother had and the kind Soren had? To her, it's all the same. It's love. Now that she has amnesia, instead of knowing who did what, she STRAIGHT UP likes these features in her non-existent partners.

She confuses love with friendship too! So some traits of her friends make her think that this is the same kind of love that Soren had for her. When she got amnesia, she kind of forgot about Stu but still appreciates the same things.

Let me show you Lily's reasoning.

Soren's love: "I LOVE YOU. FOREVER. YES. GIVE IT TO ME, REGARDLESS OF HOW I FEEL." +

Friends' love: "yay~ friends! They make me happy!"

"... Ah. Okay. Sure, I guess."*

In other words, traits from her brother fucked her up so much that she forgot about them, and now she finds it attractive. Her friends were the only ones she could love without hurting herself. That's why she's so obsessed with love nowadays. Soren loved her, but in a messed-up way that traumatized her.. She still believes love is worth it, that's why Lily is "Alan's friend". She had befriended many men in order to replace Soren and to heal herself, but they all gave the same answer.

"He's not worth it.... he's not the one."

• Personality

Weirdo, odd behavior.

Constantly blinking

Bad posture, or smt like that.

Kind of a "manipulator," I guess.

Lazy.

Suicidal or pessimist

Makes threats constantly.

Violent tendencies

Emotionally absent

Someone who make jokes, any kind of humor, even if it upsets her.

A little bit of "I might disappear for months" energy.

Tells her what to do “for her own good” = instant obedience mode activated.

Calls her stupid but pets her hair after = brain short-circuits into purring puppy mode!

Poor Lily has been touch-starved for so long, even the most pathetic scraps of affection probably make her swoon... Unless you're Alan.

actually all of you guys should listen to My Favorite Podcast: Let's Learn Everything!

each episode has 2 topics, a science topic and a miscellaneous one and i've actually learned sooo many interesting things and the episodes are also super entertaining even when i read the title and i think "hmmm this sounds boring". like seriously, if you're going for a walk or a long drive or cleaning or doing something else that would benefit from auditory entertainment this is the podcast for You. i would suggest just scrolling through the episodes and picking something with an interesting title but here are some fun ones (links are to spotify but you can find this other places too):
