By taking a moment at your desk to twist your body you may also experience: improved posture, increased lung capacity, and improved focus. Below is a great way to practice spinal twisting at your desk. * Turn sideways in your chair. * Plant both feet to the ground nice and firm. * Hold on to the back of the chair with both hands and twist from the lower spine. * Use your breathe when you twist.
