Jerry walked in carrying a crying Elvis and you knew right then and there he had dropped into headspace on the way home from the studio.

"Oh gosh," You whispered under your breath as your husband and little cried into his best friend's manager "What happened baby boy?" Jerry swayed Elvis in his arms as he spoke for him. "He was constantly fighting going down all day and then he got into a fight with the Colonel. He dropped fully on the way home. He seems to be nonverbal." You nodded, "Probably dropped into babyspace then. Thank you Jerry I got it from here." Jerry nodded and with only a little bit of a fight, Jerry successfully transferred a still upset Elvis into your arms.

"Hi baby, oh I know, so upset! It's alright mama's here okay? No one's mad at you baby, I promise." You carried Elvis up to the nursery and sat with him in the rocking chair. You adjusted him in your arms and ran your hands comfortingly through his hair. "Baby, it's okay, you're safe here. You can stay down as long as you want I promise. If you wanna be tiny, you can be tiny. Mama's here to take care and love on you bubbas."

That calmed Elvis down significantly. "There we go baby boy. My tiny little boy." You said as he reached up and patted your face. "Hi sweetheart, do I have a tiny boy on my hands right now?" Instead of answering, Elvis just signed "milk" at you.

"Oh, are you hungry? Should we go get you some butch baby boy? Would you like that." You tickled Elvis and he kicked out, giggling. That's when you realized E was still in his big boy clothes. "Ope, maybe we should change you first baby." You picked Elvis back up and sat him on your hip as you looked through his closet for a onesie.

You quickly laid him down on the changing table, making quick work of the change, narrowly avoiding an accident. "There we go baby, does that feel better having a diaper on your bum?" In answer, Elvis just nibbled on his fingers. "Yeah, I know you're hungry mister, let's go."

You take Elvis downstairs to the living room and strap him into the adult sized baby swing to leave him while you go and make a bottle. As soon as you turn around and walk to the kitchen, you hear your little one shaking the bouncer yelping. "Oh I know baby, how dare I set you down. Gimme five minutes bubba, I gotta make you some butch!" You began to start making the bottle despite El was having such a meltdown. "Mister, c'mon bubba. You're being sooooo dramatic! Are you mad? Are you mad at mama?" Elvis growled at you. "Oh such an angry boy! I know, I'm sorry bubba, give me a second."

Shaking the now made bottle as you come back into the room, you find your bubba finally mesmerized by the little dancing berries he's watching on the TV screen. "Look what I have bubba! Yum yums! You want some?" Elvis made grabby hands for the bottle. "I know I know, let mama sit first." You grabbed him up and sat with him on the couch down adjusted Elvis as he laid across your lap and offered him the bottle. He took the nipple in his mouth and immediately started chugging it. "Aht, aht, slow down mister. We don't want you getting a sore tummy okay?" Elvis whined as you angled the bottle so he had to drink it slower and used one hand to affectionately rub his big belly. "I know sweetie, mama's so mean making sure you don't choke on your butch huh?" Elvis gave you a grumpy glare as he continued to drink his bottle. "Oh I know, I'm so mean for not wanting you to choke!" You chuckled as Elvis looked back at the dancing berries onscreen.

Once he finished the bottle, Elvis whined again as you positioned him over your shoulder since he was so entranced watching the dancing berries. "I know you like the blueberries bubba but I gotta get your burps up or you'll be angry at me and won't be able to sleep okay? It'll be quick I promise."

Elvis figured out that he could still watch the TV as you patted his back and that calmed him a bit. "Hey, you gotta burp for me if you want to lay back down okay? Just a little one." You said, rubbing your babies back. You continued patting for almost ten minutes before Elvis finally burped. "Theeeere we go bubby. Doesn't that feel better? Good boy!" Elvis pushed his fists into your shirt to look at you and smiled, loving the praise. "Yes, you're mama's good boy. Such a good boy!" Elvis smiled and pressed his lips to your cheek. "Thank you sweetheart, you're so sweet giving mama kissies!" You leaned in and attacked El with kisses causing him to giggle. Your favorite sound in the world. You're so glad baby is allowed to have this time to be tiny and be stress free.

Heyyy!! I was just wondering if it's okay with you if you could write something for little! Eleven and Cg! Hopper. I was thinking if it's okay with you if maybe she's regressing and not aware of it and Hopper finds out and helps her through it maybe some hurt/comfort/angst???

If that's not okay that's totally fine I just thought it would be a cool idea

Hopper swears he hears sniffling as he creeps through the small cabin him and his daughter El have come to share, he knows it’s different from the house she was staying in while in California but Eleven has never complained of the space.

Maybe she’s missing living with the Byers? Hopper can’t blame the girl, they are both of their family’s, Joyce still lives down the street though so El could easily walk or bike there if she was that worked up.

“El? Can I come in?” There’s not a verbal response but the door creaks open enough for Jim to see his crying daughter on the floor. She’s holding the vans Max bought her while staring down at the laces.

“Sweet girl, what’s wrong?” Hopper approaches hesitantly, kneeling himself on the floor beside the curly haired girl.

“I- I can’t get it!” She exclaims as more tears drip down her blotchy cheeks.

“Cant get what? Your shoes?” She nods shyly, dropping the maroon red items into Hoppers hands. He’s a bit confused as he knows Eleven is very capable of tying her own shoes, although there is a youngness to her state that Hoppers never seen.

“Let me help.” He slides the left shoe onto her already socked foot then the other, smiling when Els eyes light up when Hopper wraps the laces around the backs of her ankles before tying them into bows. He’s seen Max do it a few times, figures El would like them tied like that.

“That better?” She nods eagerly, stumbling to her feet, having Hopper catch her arm before she topples over and making the man’s heart do a quick jump in worry.

“Mm, thank you! You did them just like Maxie!” The high pitched mumble of Elevens words makes Hopper pause, she sounds so young, so much more naive than how she normally is. At least in the childlike aspect.

“Of course, anytime kid.” Hopper ruffles Elevens hair, laughing at her falling into his chest to put her arms around his waist.

“Can I tell you something?” She presses herself farther into Hoppers hold.

“Anything.”

“Sometimes, I feel younger. Like- like a little kid and Maxie says it’s healthy and a coping mechanism, but I don’t know, I don’t want you to be upset at me.” Hoppers pulling away in an instant, kneeling to put his hands on Elevens shoulders and be down at her level.

“I will never be upset with you El, if you ever feel like that and need help I am always here. You’re my girl, that never changes.” Hopper assures, El’s eyes well up with tears at the words but she’s quick at stuffing her head into Hoppers neck.

“You’re a really good dad.”

“You’re a really good daughter.”

Swings | Max Mayfield x El Hopper

a/n: 🐝 you are a dote for requesting this, it’s adorable, I included Cg Lucas so I hope that’s okay. Also I should be answering some more asks throughout this week, hopefully, so bear with me a bit if I spam <3

“El come on, we gotta get to the park faster than Lucas!” Max tugs Els hand behind her, running towards the empty playground, ignoring Lucas’ calls for them to slow down before they trip.

“Maxie, Lucas is telling us to slow down.” The brunette tries to slow them both down, looking over her shoulder where Lucas is in a light jog to try and keep up.

“It’s fine! C’mon we’re almost there.” Well they are only a few feet away, Eleven let’s her legs carry herself just as fast as Max is going, and soon enough they’re stopped in front of the slides.

“Girls, I- jeez you two are fast- you need to wait up for me more.” Lucas talks breathless, putting his hands on his knees to try to catch his breath, it has Max giggling.

“Thought you played sports?” She teases, making El go red in the face to not giggle right along with the red head.

“Haha, okay you two, go play. I’ll be on the bench.” Max is pulling El over to the swings before she can go to answer Lucas.

“I bet I can go higher than you!” While Max is already getting some air on her swing, El is just sitting there looking at Max in awe.

“Why aren’t you going?” Max’s brows knit together, her feet skidding against the sand to slow down.

“I don’t know how, never been on swings.” That has Mayfield’s mouth falling ajar, she quickly jumps off her swing to go stand in front of El, tapping a finger at her chin in thought.

“You gotta pump your legs, like this.” Max moves to take hold of Els legs, moving them up and down as the swing stays still to demonstrate the motion.

“But I’m not moving?”

“You will when you back up a bit. I’ll push you to help!” Max checks to make sure Els holding onto the chains of the swing before she gives her the first push. El’s squealing in excitement already, barely off the ground, but Max grins widely as she gets El higher and listens to the pure joy she lets out.
