“Movement is life,and so shall you move” To enhance one’s movement may not always be a strength thing, but more of a stretch. Sometimes we have muscles that are over worked and to tense which inhibits perfect movement. For our training session, we decided to focus on yoga movements to provide relaxation to stressed muscles and and aid to range of motion. This exercise is a modified downward dog to a modified flow.
