It's winter break, I'm in the province of Québec and there isn't a single snowflake here. In 5 years, there will have been snow twice on Christmas; as a kid, there was so much snow we'd make snow slides in the backyard during the day before it was too dark to play outside and we'd come in for a warm supper and our gifts. I used to absolutely need winter boots, yet this year I haven't even bought any because of the lack of snow. I will spend my 18th birthday without snow.
