All she wanted was for someone to look at her and see the person she hid so well.
my favourite cowbow - now and forever ❤️
We started a new oneshot and I'm playing cassim again but a younger, less leveled version of him so I thought id make a new ref and some design changes to make him more streamlined!
Plus bonus things that happened this session:

Lohn didn’t expect any sort of response and her warm smile said as much. “Shhhh, sweet beast, you’re safe. I found the prettiest tree outside Northgarde yesterday. It claims shade so rightly, I’ll show you when we return and I’ll sing you a song for your midday rest.” Thoughts of home and not this hellish place. Lohn tactfully redirects his troubled mind elsewhere.
A tremulous voice, muted and reserved for the songstress, carried his words with a cadence entirely uncharacteristic for the Gilnean man. “I nearly lost them.” He says, voice flat and lacking the usual warmth. The statement in itself was profound.
Lohn lightly scritches his mane. “But y’didn’t. And we’re all together. I knew you could do it.”
