So through the second-hand shop, this moonlight bb turned up and she not only had her clothes on AND HER HAT but also a stand with her--

I don't have any LOL OMG dolls though I've looked at them a few times. I love the body, love the clothes, but the eyes throw me off a bit. I think they're cute, but hesitant to buy any.

Anyway, she's been in the cabinet for a while and I've decided she's the one today.

I'm just using pastel white to make her face paler to get that very goth make up base, but I'll blend around the edges of her face and neck so it isn't stark--

More pastels and to guide and then just kinda blocking in colour with wc pencils--

I am freewheeling here on the makeup, I had a very loose plan, was torn between brow style but we went bold brow and I like it.

I'm very satisfied with this, I feel like she's cute as hell

I went in with that heavy black with acrylic paint and built up the eyes and lips and like

I have the urge to add lashes?? But will gloss eyes and lips, next

Yep, another rainbow custom.  I used Fierce as the base for this custom.  I thought this hairstyle would look great in rainbow colors ^_^  I also thought the pants would look neat in rainbow stripes.  I left her shoes as is since they're a nice translucent green.  I made her little earrings too.  I’m working on a brother for her right now too.

So.... I guess this kinda belongs on both my Monster High blog and my non-MH doll blog ^^;  I’ve been very into LOL Surprise dolls lately, and I got a duplicate of Jitterbug.  I thought it would be fun to make her into an Operetta custom since she has a very appropriate hairstyle for Operetta. 

I did a full body repaint to turn her purple.  I don’t usually repaint entire dolls because the paint can chip off very easily.  I wasn’t as concerned with this for an LOL though because they’re small and don’t have many points of articulation.  I repainted her hair and face too.  Painting her scars/birthmarks was difficult, and I had to simplify them a bit, but I think they turned out alright.  i think it's neat that an actual Operetta mask fit pretty well onto her face (I did trim a bit of it off though).  I also repainted her dress and shoes (her dress was from It Baby).

This is a custom Super BB that I repainted the hair and face of, wearing Fashion Crush F-016 from the Sleepover Club.  The only thing I added to the outfit was the hair bow.

I knew Instagold's hairstyle would be kinda difficult to paint in rainbow colors, but... when has that stopped me before?  I thought it would look pretty neat in rainbow colors, so I went for it.  I also wanted to paint her because I realized I had duplicates of her Lil sister, small bunny, and dog, who all have the same hairstyle.  Because why paint it once, when you can do it four times, getting smaller and smaller?

Joking aside, I’m quite happy with how she turned out.  I repainted her face, and, like most of my rainbow LOLs, I went for a bit more of a creative eye than I usually do.  I also painted on her tights, repainted her shirt, and the pompoms on her shoes.  I added some glittery fabric paint to her cage skirt too.
