This is the test #3. Hours of work were involved in hair tests. Look how tired Ann looks.

I walked into my housemate’s room to be greeted by her looking like this, and I couldn’t resist drawing Steph like that.

Signs of a toxic workplace:
Firing or demoting a woman for becoming overweight, having dehydrated skin or circles under her eyes, but saying it's ok for men to keep their jobs regardless of how they look.
Firing or demoting women for having unbrushed hair, whereas a man with unbrushed hair isn't treated this way (of course people should have washed and brushed their hair before going to work, but treating a person much worse because of their gender is ridiculous).
Firing, demoting or putting in formal complaints about a woman for not wearing high heels, not wearing make up and not changing their outfits daily, while men can wear the same suit or outfit for years without workplace criticism or bullying.
Note: it's NEVER acceptable to fire or demote a person for becoming overweight, having dry skin, having bags under your eyes, or not meeting gender norms of dressing yourself and styling your hair, regardless of gender (whether you're a non binary person, a man or woman).
New photos 📸 Darren Hayes & Huxley 😘 both look tired 😴
