LOTR AU WHERE:

There’s a fem!human in the fellowship who is bisexual and a complete badass—except no one really knows she bi. She obsessed with weapons, killing, and has utterly no filter (sometimes “accidentally” hitting on the men in the fellowship)

Then when she first meets Eowyn she’s like “damn” *bites lip and raises eyebrows* “that woman is more gorgeous then silver elven blades”

And innocent Legolas who grew up with zero exposure to anything other than proper elven culture is wayyyyyy confused like “wait whaaa? Aragorn, do humans like other humans of their same gender? Is this a human custom?”

And Aragorn is just sitting there smirking like a jackass because of course AU!character is bi and it just slipped out and of fucking course baby Legolas is SO CONFUSED

nah they’re pretty much doing what they did in canon but just ~medieval~ 

so they’re still working for/against the central/gondor equivalent government - roy is probably some flavor of mage and riza gets a crossbow and a neat helmet so that’s fun
