Doll Karl
i looooove starting a new show and a character comes up and right of the bat your like "oh yeah youre a little messed up." like in brief flashbacks or a flicker in their face and the dots connect. then the ssssllooow reveals of their past ohh yummy yummy
huge fan of characters who carry out their bit till the end of the story or their eventual death. an announcer character in an arena, hyping up the crowd as a contender escapes and mauls guards…only stopping as they are stabbed through the heart by that same contender’s blade. a “gentleman” character, always the calm and helpful one in every scenario, even going so far as to assist in their eventual demise without question. a bodyguard, tasked with defending their charge with their life-and taking it literally, sacrificing themself without a doubt. it makes you think that they care more about their persona than themself.
love is stored in the 30 pages multi chapter exploration of one (1) aspect of your d&d character's backstory
"Wanted to trap me in a supply closet?" he joked with her but Megara just leaned against the lockers... "Oh I doubt I would be trapping you."
Fates gave me a new perspective on investing yourself in a character.
It made me think that people should spend less time talking about how much they hate a character and spend more time loving a character.
Be you. Everytime. But if you want to be not you - Cosplay
