Heaviest Deadlift yet @ 67.5kg... that's about 8kg more than I weigh! 💪 First time recording my deadlifts, it's a good idea to do this, to check what improvements need to be made. I see some minor back rounding on 1 or 2 reps, things I can improve on and move up on my lift weight. Knowledge is power. Can't wait to smash 70kg deadlifts soon!
