👉NEW RECIPE👈 Good Monday morning guys! Here is the recipe to my Danish Swirl. Please double the recipe to your serving needs! Brioche Dough Recipe Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup AP flour, more for dusting or as needed 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/4 cup cane sugar, 1 Tbsp separated 1 stick butter, softened, chopped 4 Tbsp whole milk, lukewarm 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 3 large eggs, lightly beatened Filling: 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon, ground 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped, your choice (I used hazelnuts) 1. In a stand mixer bowl, add the first 3 ingredients; mix on low. Pour yeast, and 2 Tbsp sugar to the milk; bloom for a few minutes and pour in the flour mixture. 2. Add eggs; mix on med to medium low speed until incorporated; formed together, add butter, little at a time. Mix until dough is elastic and smooth. Spread a bowl with non-stick cooking spray, place dough, covered and proof for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until double in size. 3. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Make an egg wash: 1 egg to 2 Tbsp milk, lightly beatened, to brush the rolls before baking. 4. Make the filling: in a bowl combine all the ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Take the dough out and cut in half. Cover the the half white working with the other half. Lightly dust your workplace area on bottom and top of dough: roll out into a thin disk, about 1/4 -inch thick. Spread the sauce, and layer the nuts evenly; roll into a log, cut the log in half. Twist the 2 halves, alternating an over and under process. 5. Place on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool it before serve. #brioche #recipemaking #sharemyrecipe #foodbloggers #lovinghands #cinnamonrolls #cinnamontwist #swirls #sweettooth #baking #instafood #nomnom #sharingiscaring #createeveryday #community https://www.instagram.com/p/CKeZ3QvB1qw/?igshid=nibozr7m6aee
