What's happening to the #yogaworld? 🤔 . Money, power, visibility... Here's what's happening. . Girls with a sense of "yogic" that's at least pathetic, who post daily photos or videos assuming that's yoga what they're doing. High butts showing, evident breasts, panties and bras. Behaviors at least lecherous, all for the sake of visibility. A bunch of self-proclamed gurus who use the promises of yoga to "teach" and possibly slip into his students panties, or wallets. . I mean... Yoga is NOT a remuneration mean, yoga IS an health matter. Yoga is NOT a mean to show your butt, yoga IS a mean to peace, self contentment and love. #asana is not the only thing worth practicing, because it tones the body, but is only one of the #8limbsofyoga. . Don't get me wrong, I know too well that is takes a lot, to arrive till the end of the week, or month. And I know some companies pay well to gain visibility. “You don’t need to impress people.” I’ve been hearing this statement for hundredths of times already. As they say, you would’t really understand a thought without you in that particular situation. AND... yes. Finally I came to the point where I always doubt myself and of what i am capable still of doing as a person. Sometimes, i would just feel people kind of always criticizing and bugging around. From these, insecurities, doubt, worries and tension would always come to me. Thinking of possible ways to cope with these things and thoughts isn’t that easy and will not be enough. I’ll end up having the motivation to prove them wrong but i always cut it off to the point i don’t want to do it anymore. Until i would just be there, yes doing whatever i can and not trying to be the person they expect me to be even how people tell me, they were doing it to motivate me. I know... it would definitely motivate people to get them going but it isn’t for me. I can say, I am so tired of it and for now, it isn’t the thing i need.
I don’t understand neither what’s my point on this... but one thing is for sure: Everything is a process... Let me be, let it be. Give time for growth. I am not born with all those qualities. For sure, I CAN but give me a break.

Be patient.the work you are doing is working. Have faith in your warrior ethos that what you are doing is for the better. Self doubt can creep in and make you have feelings of failure, feelings if letting yourself or others down and create depressing thoughts. Share your thoughts with a loved one. Most of the time I practice the same things over and over. Well in truth .... Hoping things will improve. Sometimes they do sometimes they do not.... What happens though on a day to day , week to week reflection it allows for minor adjustments and fixes. This time it is how I am holding my shoulders. Pushing them forward or in the chest stand it is having my arms bent at my side while getting my chest down. Finally it is feeling more stable and my chest is getting down. A piece I decorated yesterday which has now been fired and is cooling down in the kiln. It's a plate made with red earthenware clay, decorated with white slip, Red Iron Oxide and a few sgraffito details. I am going to glaze this next and then I think I might use some Violet lustre, but I will see how the Red Iron turns out first. Well 2018 had been quite a handsome year. I have met some friends that I'll never forget, I've taken my #ytt in #bali and #california, so I've also explored these cultures, I've learned so many things, and had so many epiphanies, I've switched to a regular diet, and learned that I should #acceptfear... . But it's been an awful year, speaking of health: I've found that I have #pulmunaryhypertension and have to take so many medicines, I've bled for 3 months straight (that's no joke) and I've been in and out so many hospitals. PH is a heart and lungs disease, its symptoms comprehend but are not limited to: short breath, blue lips, large carotids, palpitations, arrhythmia... It can lead in a blink of an eye to pulmonary embolism, heart attack, stroke, edema, respiratory failure... A bunch of bad stuff you really don't wish to know. . So I'd like to dedicate this first #newyearpost to #prevention: if I hadn't done that first ecohcardiogram I would have kept on believing that I was having panic attacks, so I'd keep going to a psychologist, and seeing no results. Knowing that I have #ph I know it takes time to heal, but it may take just a second to lead to serious consequences. Take a #echocardiogram, it doesn't cost much, and you could save your life. 🙏🏻❤️ . How do you deal with anger? . From a yogic point of view, it should be welcomed, as any other feeling, and let go... But it's not so easy! 😅 Anger is one of those feelings that erupts like a volcano, obscures the mind and lets you speak words you don't mean. So how do we deal with that feeling? For me, the simple reminder of breathing usually works. But if it doesn't, you can lock yourself in your car, or an empty room (works best if there is no people in the building), and scream the devil out of you! .
