GOD I LOVE EM SO MUCH
This is the majority of the crew for the craft fair this Saturday! I have my jackalope mold curing at the moment, but won't be able to cast those til Monday or Tuesday.
A low fire vase I’m excited to put flowers in!!
I started these Raku coil pots a few weeks ago. They just came out of a bisque firing last week and I'm still working on glazing them.
I'm designing these based on the fact that Raku turns black when it's reduction fired. I'm using White Crackle Raku glaze on the smaller one, and a checkerboard pattern of White Crackle and Copper Penny. I've done a Raku firing before at my uni's studio, and the results were gorgeous, so I decided to do some pieces myself. I'm hoping we can get one set next semester, which will be my last.

I made Snufkin's hat in my ceramics class! It's red earthenware with blue, yellow, and green slip fired with a clear coat low-fire glaze. I'm so happy how it turned out!
Emerging Man red iron oxide under a crawl glaze. Low fire.
