Kitchen fun... experimenting with healthier snacks using the air popper instead oil cooked or microwave (can we say chemicals!) Wasn't sure of the differences between yellow and white kernels, so I bought both! As far as air popped at home popcorn.. white popcorn for the win.. less hulls.. little bigger pop but basically same flavor. I sprinkle with some Pampered Chef French Toast Seasoning and such a great low cal, high fiber snack! Hulls tend to get stuck in my tonsils and teeth making one of my favorite snacks not so enjoyable!
