A delicious and creamy frozen peanut butter pie that is low in Weight Watchers Freestyle points.
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered erythritol. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping.
Instructions: Cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup almond milk should be mixed together in a bowl. Put it in a 9-inch pie pan and press it down. Blend peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, erythritol powder, and 1/4 cup almond milk together until smooth in a different bowl. Add the whipped topping and mix it in well. Put the mixture on top of the crust and spread it out evenly. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it gets hard. Cut and serve.
