When the youngsters weren't at home, Bella and Luis arranged their private little wedding ceremony. They didn't want to make a big spectacle out of their marriage and have people being weird about it, so they celebrated alone.

Well... Sam was the only witness of the ceremony. He even changed into a different suit for the occasion and was very excited about the whole thing.

Bella decided to keep the Goth name and Luis kept his. They thought it would be too confusing and bothersome with paperwork to change their names so late in their lives. It was enough that they were officially married and in love with each other.

Jennifer is opening a salon today, with Lilith as her alternative stylist, and of course she asks Dirk to help out.

But things don't go super smoothly on day one and Dirk cracks under the pressure.

Elizabeth comes home with a big ol' promotion! She's been wanting to get into shape for a long time, now with the girls growing up, she can focus a bit more on herself.

Pauline escaped the chaos of the main house for her grandfather's home. While playing darts, she heard strange noises coming from the attic...

A few hours later, her grandfather Luis approaches.

Luis: Pauline, did you go into my house earlier. Pauline: Yes, I was playing darts, grandpa. Luis: Did you happen to go into the attic? Pauline: No... Luis: Are you sure? You didn't happen to take anything up there? Pauline: No, grandpa! Gosh, I'd tell you if I did! Luis: Okay, okay. I must have misplaced it, then. Pauline: (well, you are old)

And now, Regina grows up into a teen! And in the same evening, wishes Pauline well as she heads off to university.

Regina starts off her teen years with an A+! Luis is so proud!

Pauline’s getting into the habit of smothering animals with her affection, first with Gouda and now with Mochi. She must be stopped.

My attempt at making them have their first family meal back together failed since Victor and Elizabeth were in the bedroom next to them woohooing. So uh, family dinner consisting of grandparents and granddaughter only.

Despite being retired, I like to think that Luis still gets contracted for some freelance work. Some extra money to bring into the household in addition to his retirement pension y’know.

After putting Pauline down for the night and getting ready to settle down themselves, Victor brought up a topic of discussion that’s become common: extending their family. Victor backed up point of view by saying things like ‘Just think of Pauline. Don’t you think she would love to have a younger sibling to play with?’

Elizabeth promptly shut him down and the air was tense as they went to bed, neither one of them satisfied with how that conversation went.
