'My design for a master bedroom and bath en suite combines strong architectural elements resembling Mayan temple forms, with thick walls and massive volume, and furniture I designed with rich woods, such as macassar, which were in vogue in the 1920s. I had the walls done in a frescolike finish, creating a mysterious, ancient atmosphere,' shares Juan Montoya of this classically inspired bedroom.

The playing board is available in a choice of four veneer combinations, each arranged to create a diamond pattern when viewed from above.

Around the playing surface, a longitudinal grain is used, while within the playing field, the veneer is angled at 45 degrees to create a subtle contrast.

High-gloss finishes include Blackwood with Ceramic White, and Macassar Ebony with Royal Walnut; Open Pore veneer treatments in Smoked Eucalyptus with Paldao and Obsidian Ayous with Blackwood are also available.

The exterior and piece holder can also be personalised using one of thirteen Rolls-Royce leather colours.
