Thanks to my wonderful brother in law, my hand controls are installed. I never realized how much energy I was using up driving until today. Once I got to the nursing home my legs were still feeling fresh and I wasn’t drained. No, I did not get my hair cut and colored! This is a repost from @mssociety of @agnesshresthafitmom that says it all, or almost all, about #MS in my case. ❤️ ・・・ “This disease has a nasty way of sneaking up on you, but I refuse to let it win. Tingles. Weakness. Numbness. Mood swings. Fatigue. Things I’ve been feeling lately. Things I haven’t ever really felt. I’m scared and it sucks, but I am #MadeStrong . I still don’t share enough about my disease and my symptoms bc honestly I’ve been extremely fortunate since 2008. I also think I roll off symptoms as being “nothing.” Guess I’m still in slight denial about it 😕. One thing I’m not in denial about is taking care of myself.
