I made this for a class project on the subject of LGBTQ+ bullying, and how it needs to stop, and one of the requirements was to make a small ad campaign to go with it. I made this small poster of many flags from the LGBTQ+ community, along with a hashtag. Would it be too much to ask that you spread this image around along with “#MakeAStand”? 

It means that you shouldn’t be afraid to stand up for what you identify as, whether it be your sexual identity or gender identity, or both. Same for standing up for the aforementioned if you see them getting bullied, or to just help support them in general. Spread the word, stop the bullying.

It is okay to be selfish about yourself sometimes. If we dont give priority to ourself, no one is going to come and do it for us. Everyone stand by their version and we also need to make our own stand.

*NOT MY PHOTO. I’M JUST MAKING A STAND* So this morning this photo of this unknown girl pops up on my feed WITHOUT THE DOTS ON THE BOOBS and showing her face. I chose not to show her face or her name because I don’t want to promote her. IG’s reason of why it showed up on my feed is because I used the hashtag “image” on a post at one time or another. CRAZY! 🤬 I did what I thought was right and I reported it and blocked this person. I mean sheer wet cloth over naked boobs is INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL CONTENT to me but I guess it isn’t to IG. **SWIPE LEFT TO SEE EDITED PHOTO** 😡👎🏽 I’m not against body image, I live in Hawai’i and wearing a bikini is the norm but this kind of thing shouldn’t be public and showing up on other people’s private feeds!! Lesson: Hashtags are hashtags and you never know what it’ll bring to your feed. I want to try to raise awareness for mental health, emotional abuse, and to make emancipation for minors easier to help get them away from whoever is treating them like shit.

IV been going through a huge rough patch, and IV been treated very very horribly as a child up to now, And it's made me realize that the world doesn't give a fuck about you. Or your mental health, or your family issues. Infact there is barely anything to help minors in an abusive family. I want to make a change to that. From now on my posts are going to try to be helpful, and all the while spread the awareness of mental health and abuse. I will take caution to what is posted and make sure it isn't made up bullshit or lies or whatever it may be, so a credible source. Maybe you could join me, my journey, and help too!
