If you're not catching on too quickly, he's happy to take some extra time to teach you.
With Toby being the youngest, he'll be excited to have someone that's in the same situation as him.
He'll be the one to teach you all of the newbie ropes that he experienced when he first arrived.
Such as learning the perimeter of the forest, making sure you're wearing something inside out so you don't get lost, and marking the coordinates where you set up the pages.
If everyone is in a hurry to leave and you're dragging your feet, there's a good chance Tim will just pick you up on his shoulder and walk out with you so you lot will be on time for the briefing.
If they all do something wrong, they're quick to cover your ass to make sure you aren't part of any punishment.
