1. What does your first name rhyme with? :) with nothing, really :-( when I was a child, we played these name games, but I don't remember anything special. 

2. If you were given a choice to spend an hour with anyone you wanted, who would you choose? Living or dead? I'd like to meet a boy I had a crush on in high school. Or better, I'd swoon if I ever had a chance to talk to Prince de Tayllerand-Périgord, Napoleon's Minister of Forreign Affairs. Or Joan of Arc. Or Marie Antoinette. Yep.

3. What is your favourite book? I am a bookworm, I have many favourite books :) Right now, THG trilogy (what a surprise!)

4. Can you share a very embarrassing moment? I can, but only via FM!

5. What can you live without, Nutella or Pringles? I already live without Nutella (nut allergy is no fun) and I think Pringles are out of question too. "It may contain traces of nuts and peanuts" - yes, that's my happy line.

1) If you could live out one fairy tale, what would it be and why?

I always loved Eros and Psyche like tales, so I say Beauty and the Beast. Mystery and romance is my cup of coffee!

2) What’s your go-to snack when you’re stressed? I don't have any!

3) Your favorite holiday and why? I'd say Christmas. It's magical. Christmas tree and lights and snow ... And they always play Czech version of "Cinderella" on TV!  

4) Have you ever looked to someone who ended up disappointing you?

My mother, I'm sad to say. I loved her and still do, but after the "thing", she lost a great deal of my trust.

5) If you could meet one person from history, who would it be and why? Check number 2 of Maltease questions. Talleyrand is a very intriguing person. And a charmer ...

Hi hon, I'm sorry to hear your struggles. It may sound really strange to hear me say this, all things considering lately, but pregnancy sucks. You have enough hormones inside of you to kill a horse. And literally every tinge, pain, and test could lead to all those horrible things we read online. Trust me, I read every single forum. Step away from the forums. I hope things get better for you, and hang in there, you are strong and you can do it. And tumblr loves you.

First, can I just say how much I love you for sending this? With all you’re going through, it’s so sweet of you to reach out to me during my whining. And you’re one of my favorite writers, and you have a lot of class, so that really means a lot to me.

Everywhere I turned, I saw happy, glowing pregnant women, rubbing their bellies, announcing their pregnancies in the 5th week (?!), buying baby clothes in the fourth month, coasting through without a second thought to how WONDERFUL it all was. And then there was me, where everything felt like a struggle. I hated them.

I’ve had preeclampsia twice, possibly three times if this one keeps on the same track. I had an emergency c-section in which my son had to be resuscitated and spend a month in ICU. I’ve had a fetal demise that was only discovered when we went to find out the gender during our 18 week ultrasound. I’ve developed panic attacks and postpartum depression, and actually spent most of my last pregnancy in a serious state of depression. Even though that was the least medically complicated one, it was extremely hard on me. It took me months to really bond with my daughter afterwards because I had emotionally distanced myself so much from everything.

So yeah. Pregnancy is not my favorite time.

But despite all of that, I am trying to enjoy this pregnancy, most of the time. I know how lucky I am to even have this opportunity, having so many friends who were never able to conceive in the first place. Plus, I know this will be my last pregnancy; there’s no way I could endure this again, mentally or physically. And it’s not this baby’s fault that we screwed up and conceived it by accident.

Sorry for the long response… I think I probably need to write more, even if it’s just rambles that no one reads. I got a real sense of relief when I did it in the past.
