Enjoy the rich and smoky flavors of these ribs that were cooked perfectly on the patio grill. You can make a delicious glaze for these ribs by mixing sweet maple syrup, salty soy sauce, and a hint of smoke. They will be a hit at any barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To make the glaze, mix some minced garlic, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Add salt and olive oil to the ribs. Put the ribs on a barbecue that has already been heated up and cook for 10 minutes on each side. During the last 5 minutes of cooking on each side, baste them with the maple glaze. Put the apple cider vinegar and the rest of the maple glaze in a small saucepan. Heat them over medium-low heat until the glaze gets a little thicker. From the grill, take the ribs off when they are fully cooked and have a nice char. Let them rest for a few minutes. Spread the thickened maple glaze out evenly over the ribs by brushing it on. Cut the ribs in half along the bones, serve hot, and enjoy!
