You know what I find odd and funny about PJO content??

Is Like..Why do demigods especially in the show have to be Olympian Demigods?

Especially post HOO, there should be more Minor Gods.

But even then, Minor Gods or Unclamed people should still

Exist.

Why can’t some Gods be self-centered still after when Olympus was told to claim their kids? Or Better, for example

Minor Gods like Momus and Oizys, they have kids

But are absolutely terrible parents, bad things happen, however if there are expections and that kid

Lives a full life, truth be told they would

Never get claimed.

And it’s not “Oh Hestia or some other God Could adopt them” because they know that their Godly parent isn’t gonna claim them anytime soon and they’re fine with that. They don’t want to be claimed, they just want to live a normal l life as much as they could. That’s their choice, like if they wanted to be adopted by another God, they do have that option.

I have so many headcanons on Minor Gods and Unclamed and I wished characters we had were more up to interpretation.

Alison (Though she’s an Apollo Kid I enjoy simply because she sticks out)

Katie Yoon (Better if she was unclaimed)

Sarah (Again, just because someone likes Archery shouldn’t be a 2 for 1 meaning she’s an Apollo kid, better if Unclaimed)

Mark, son of Ares. I just decided if he also be a legacy, but his mortal mother never told him because she didn’t know herself. Again, where is the nuance? Why can’t people in CHB also have unknown Legacies even when their demigods from a Greek God?

Also, even The characters Jason and Laurel, though Laurel may not intend to be the same as Laurel Victor and Jason could be Jake Mason, again, where is the viewers to come up with their conclusions? Are they Aphrodite? Hephaestus? Ares?? Perhaps they were unclaimed or Minor Gods that were there for a few days and left?? What’s special? Ya know.

(Edit; Oops forgor). Aiden, son of Aphrodite. Again, Why not unclaimed? or In this case, I’m just headcanons g him as the same. He’s also a legacy.

If Rick teams up with other authors to make short stories that take place in the original series, I better hope we see Minor Gods or Unclaimed Gods struggling to fit into Camp Half-blood or Unclaimed Demigods and Demigods with Legacies. Yet they end up in Another camp that acknowledges who they are, a certain Wolf Training house. All be sure they were fearless enough to look. Or even more of these guys and Titan army people.

Everything I have on Mark from Ares in CDS/VGF verse

His mom is this badass bisexual stone butch (the three golden b’s) ice road trucker from Canada, she is often on The Highway of Tears. She has picked up many women there saving their lives, a few actively rescuing them from direct harm or dieing of exposure from Starlight Tours. Ares picks up on this and goes to see her at a dive bar she's stopping at and precedes to get drunk under the table by her where after they hook up, that makes Mark

Mark is raised in his moms truck, its one of the ones with beds in the back and his cradle was a rigged hammock. He doesn't get to Camp until he's 14 because being homeschooled on the road helps keep monsters away, his mom doesn't know she banged a god.

Mark has more of the ‘protector of the small’ kind of Ares powers, his strength and skills boost if he's defending someone. The boy is as bi as his mom and was bottle-fed Respect Women Juice for as long as he's been alive. He also has a lose concept of gender norms; like he's very cis but was raised in a way that gender norms don't apply at all so he does as he pleases, he's also build like a wrestler so there is not much people can do about it. He’s a big fan of eyeliner

He is a little on the kinder softer side of Ares kids, but can more than hold his own with his cabin siblings. This is because he has more of the ‘Protector of Battered Women’ side of his dad’s domain. He’s really good with kids

He's also brown. Idk if he's Native or Indian I haven't desided but he’s definitely not white
