Cute Marrowgold idea that just popped in my head: May trying to be sexy and do a strip tease for Marrow but he's so excited that his tail keeps FWAP FWAP FWAP FWAPing against the mattress from wagging with excitement. May thinks it's the cutest thing ever and keeps laughing which makes him blush.

Their in-canon interactions leave a bit to be desired, since May is introduced roasting him and asking him to leave - but it’s more so that he’s a cop than anything about his character.

They both dislike Atlas’ systemic problems, but May cut away from it sooner, and the general post-v7 attitude of ‘cmon Marrow you gotta defect’ helped the ship a bit too.

It’s hard to stand up to the authoritarians who say that they care about you, but doing the most good for as many people as possible -including yourself- means confronting it.

I think they would be an incredibly powerful battle couple too! Invisibility and freezing foes in place is busted, and could turn the tide in nearly any situation.

Overall, I ship it! I think they would get along pretty well.
