So... if this movie takes place after end game... then why was Bruce - who was Professor Hulk all throughout End Game - back to his ‘human form’ and Carol had long hair when they appeared in the after credits?

I happily enjoy and accept everything in Shang Chi.  I just have one minor question.  Where does the machete go in Razor Fist’s arm?? Where does it go?!  It’s below the elbow so like does it bend when it retracts?  It doesn’t look like it does.  I don’t think it’s nanotech.  SOMEONE HELP.
