Got to go to a bit of Math Fest this year and there was some cool art. First image not from the show, but a quilt Beth Malmskog made that she shared in her talk Squaring the Quilting Circle.

The last one is from my friend Rebin Muhammed, an expert in all things Islamic Geometry.

The Kid did such a great job at #Nationals #MathFest competition today in Birmingham, AL. His #teamcompetition did great, only missing 3 problems. And for the #individualcomepetition, he placed the highest for his school! Such an incredible accomplishment for him, when his goal was just to GET to Nationals this year!
