Regret can hurt. I've thought about that statement all weekend long. Because the powerful truth is, it does. Marshall Goldsmith in his book entitled Triggers, discusses the various things that hold us back from making changes (mainly ourselves) even when we really want too. We know, I know, what that feels like; I didn't like that feeling but I let it take up residency for far too long until one day I just had enough. So, I changed and evicted most all regrets from my life. FREEDOM finally! Practice living in ways that are in alignment with what's right. Maintain good habits and self disciple. When I learned that is was easier to change (although painfully uncomfortable) than to live with the pain of regret, everything changed exponentially. What would your life look like with less regret? . . . . @coachgoldsmith #changingbehaviors #noregrets #environmentaltriggers #psychologicaltriggers #meaningfulchange #lastingchange #takeresponsibility #bewhoyouwanttobe #wehaveachoice #youhaveachoice #triggers #changebehavior #resultsdriven (at Delaware)
