Water

I am drinking much more water.  It seems I am always carrying more back into the house and thinking someone has gotten the water that I just carried in.  It can't be that I am actually drinking that much now.  I used to have a hard time getting in two bottles and now I seem to easily get in 4 bottles.  Let me pause to do a happy dance.  I have made progress in the amount of water I drink.

Why is it that now that I am drinking more water my mouth feels dry?  Well, It could be the new anti-inflammatory that was prescribed for my shoulder pain.  It has also caused headaches and nausea.  I am not so sure the med is worth it.  Oh, on second thought, I am sure that I don't want to have a headache and feel like I am going to puke all day.  I stayed in bed part of the day today because of the nausea and I have barely eaten.  This is not my method of weight loss.
