You? Wanna draw him? Why? Is definitely his first question, and second it would be no. Flat out
You’d have to convince him and it would take a lot but eventually, whether you actually convinced him or he’s doing it to get you to stop is unknown but he said yes
He’s not good at posing, so you definitely have to tell him what to do and how to do it don’t pick anything complicated, oh yeah he about has a spark attack when you tell him how long it will take. He almost tells you to forget it right then but you tell him you just need some pictures for reference
Grumpily he allowes it but make no mistake he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t like being on camera and having his picture taken so many times is uncomfortable. He’s very glad when you’ve finish
He honestly trys not to think about what you’re doing, especially when your sitting next to him sketching he finds it incredibly embarrassing but would die before he told you how flattered he was that you were actually doing it 
He tries to see it before it’s finished but you won’t let him. It’s a surprise
Eventually the whole team finds out about it and can’t wait to see it much to Ratchet’s annoyance
When you’ve finished you show it to him first
Honestly he’s a bit taken back, is that what he looks like to you? Really? He looks so...well it doesn’t look right and he tells you as much. he can’t look like that, It’s to grand, you made him look to important he refuses to believe you used your references correctly, if you did the Portrait would be more realistic
“Well... this is how I see you; and, you’re really important to me” ahh no stop you’re making him blush
He’s not good at taking compliments, and having a Portrait drawn by his S/o is probably the biggest one anyone could get so Dont get him wrong he absolutely loves it and you just, don’t expect him to be very vocal about it he dose keep the Portrait though just don’t expect anyone else to ever see it

You want to make a portrait of him? After some thought his answer is yes
He sees you wanting to draw him as a not just a show of affection but also a power move securing the fact that you’re loyal to him, and the fact he’s even letting you shows off that you are in fact his mate and will rule by his side
He’s actually good at posing so it doesn’t take long to find the right one, but only lets you take a handful of photos so you’ll need to do this again which he has no problem with.
He Dosent make a big deal about it, well that’s what he said but, he uses it as a reason to show his might as a Leader and Warrior if you’re alone he’ll tell you stories of his glory in the ring and on the battlefield as you draw
he brag tells StarScream about it in passing obviously as a way to knock him down to size.
He makes sure that while you work you’re completely free of distraction this is a Portrait of not only your Mate but Lord of the Decepticons it must be perfect
he’s very excited to see the finished product though he acts calmly. He’s amazed at the portrait he feels it’s captured his greatness and tells you as much though he doesn’t directly compliment you about it until you’re alone
It’s the only thing of earthly origin he owns well other then you it hangs proudly in his quarters
Never mentions it by name but refers to it whenever StarScream starts to whisper about leading the Decepticons
