Do you do gym ? I feel like you're a fit person don't know why😂😂😂

I do workout! Idk if I’m fit. I guess? I have improvements I want to make. I need to do more cardio I think. I wanna try Krav Maga next. I’ve always used exercise to deal with mental health. Like I started running in high school because it would get me out of my head and out of my house. Working out is very meditative for me. Like it clears my mind. Which led me to being addicted to it for a bit. Now I’m trying to figure out how to workout from a healthier place.

🇩🇪: Munich 👉Studio Lagree👈 Peek into The Lagree Studio on any given day and you'll see diaphoretic gym rats and the undeniable fruits of their labor 😍 Ripped abs? ✅ Toned arms? ✅ Perky backside? Long lean legs? ✅ and ✅. Through endurance building routines on the Megaformer, you'll power through intense exercises that are tied together with fluid transitions 💪 The payoff is constant contraction against the resistance of the equipment's spring load, bringing about complete muscle failure 😅 I tested the Megaformer in NYC the first time and can certainly vouch for this training method 👍 Although the exercises are performed slowly and controlled, as the pace of the class was fast and the intensity we worked our muscles was extreme, I was dripping in sweat by the end and I even had to stop during some of the exercises through pure exhaustion 😅 The studio itself is super spacious and offers an upscale environment. Free exercise and shower towels are available as well as access to a @waterlogicgmbh water fountain 😃 (unfortunately it is not common to offer free water in Germany 😞) The changing rooms are well kept and are equipped with all skincare and shower products you need, including @stopthewater shower gel 😍😍😍 💰 First timers pay 17€.
