commish for @thebigboy71 continuing his Fully Charged Captain Mega idea.

Below is the full Captain Mega backstory that might be filled in more at a later date, and while it was meant to slide more neatly into the cartoon originally in my mind, I went the heck with it and made it into a full on Fully Charged AU.

In this version of events, Captain Mega was the inspiration for Protoman, Namagem and Megaman for a young Dr. Light. Suna is present during the Hard Wars as a toddler just to make a better family connection with her brothers. I don't remember the exact time gap between the Hard Wars and modern era, so we'll say it wasn't that long between the eras.

The Hard Wars specifically were a war between the Emerald Spears, based on the Archie MegaMan group, and Robot Masters, with the Robot Masters having human allies like Dr. Light as they believe the two can work together, as per the original cartoon.

It's unclear who built Captain Mega originally, but Thomas Light looked up to him, as even before the Hard Wars, he was looked on as a superhero by humans and robots alike. He became a paragon of justice during the Hard Wars, but his inevitable skirmish with Sergent Breaker, saw his original body damaged beyond repair, causing Dr. Light to rebuild Captain Mega into MegaMini to save his life.

While Dr. Light built Protoman, AKA Breakman, using what he gleaned from Captain Mega based on some assumptions, he used the full access he had to Captain to update ProtoMan, rebuild Namagem and perfect Megaman.

Sergent Breaker had one last trick up his sleeve, having reprogrammed the massive robot Gamma to attack after Captain Mega was thought dead. The combined might of Suna's brothers, now with Captain Mega's power, was able to defeat Breaker and Gamma... but it caused MegaMan to be rebooted into Aki, while Protoman and Namagem disappeared after the final battle.

Sergent Breaker would capture Namegem as in the original fiction, but reverse engineer his Captain tech to build his Obsidian robotic body and corrupt Megaman's middle brother.

With Aki's circuitry rebooted, he became Suna's big-little brother as she aged, with the two becoming friends with the fanboy-bot Iceman in middle school. Because of Aki's lost memories, MegaMini took it upon himself to guide the young bot, his true successor in the ways of being a Mega Hero.

I am also convinced that Sarge is a little bit gay for Thomas or that Sarge and Thomas were in a relationship in the past

Mer Minimegs

Megatron is a battle scared shark Mer that is well known to attack any ships or trespassing Mers that enter his territory. When not defending his territory or nest, Megs often enjoys collecting shiny rocks or re-reading those silly books he 'borrowed' from those humans he met.

Minimus is a small but crafty hermit crab Mer who uses chunks of coral, rocks and seaweed to make a protective amour to keep him safe from other Mers and Hunters. When not worried about staying safe or keeping troublesome Mers away that stray to close to humans, Minimus often enjoys basking in the sun or studying the migration pattens of fish.

The pair meet each other when Minimus was following a school of fish and ended up straying farther than he is used too. At first Megatron was aggressive since this large strange blue Mer entered his territory and could be a possible threat so they had a short scuffle. Afterwards Megs apologized for mistaking Minimus as a threat when he saw Minimus remove his amour so he could repair it, to make up for the damage he caused Megs spent the rest of the day gathering seaweed, rocks and coral for Minimus.

Overtime the pair grow close and even start sharing prey while they bask in the warm sun on smooth rocks. Megs even starts gifting Minimus poetry he has written or any shiny rocks that reminded him of the green Mer. Eventually the pair become mates and spend every waking moment with each other wherever that be hunting, grooming, collecting or sleeping. While its unlikely they will have pups some researchers have noticed that Megatron is a lot less aggressive or territorial when others enter his territory leaving people to wounder is all the aggression was just Megs being very, very pent up having gone so long without a mate of his own. Oh well time will tell.

Day 5: Megamini

Aki can't be a magical girl with a talking sidekick that helps him transform 乁⁠ ⁠˘⁠ ⁠o⁠ ⁠˘⁠ ⁠ㄏ

So, I’ve been thinking a bit regarding the lore of my Alternate Akis projects and I’ve come to a crossroads regarding a certain plot point.

You see, I’ve stated a few times previously that Mega Mini doesn’t exist in any of the AU Aki universes because of my headcanon that Dr. Light created him as a safeguard against potential thefts after Daini was stolen from him.

However, recently I stumbled on an AU concept where both Aki and Daini were stolen by Night, and it had still him existing and being built by Dr. Light, albeit to serve as a regular mechanic rather than as Aki’s mission control and just going by “Mini”.

I found myself being pretty interested in this idea, and while he’s a vital part of the OG show, he’s also a bit of a controversial character within both the Fully Charged fandom and the Mega Man fandom as a whole, and some have argued that his presence as a whole is pretty superfluous.

Since I’m still pretty torn about the decision, I’ve decided that the best course of action would be to let you guys put in your input and see whether Danny Devito’s robotsona gets Thanos snapped from existence or if he still gets to bang the Blasto Woman Aki’s mom! /lh
