Right? Forget Kokichi ‘being paranoid’, everyone’s paranoid of Kokichi, bar a few. It’s ridiculous and just highlights just how insidiously the ringleader has twisted the situation, to put ‘people like him’ on the proverbial ‘shitlist spotlight’ throughout the narrative.
What’s more, is that there’s little to no acknowledgement of this treatment. So there’s no goddamn criticism of it.

Yeah. You’d also think that he would not steer from ‘He’s leading this for a reason’ to ‘ah well he’s just distracting’ in the span of like a second. How the hell did he even reach that conclusion? He does it again later on as well. Seriously dude?
Even if he was suspicious of something he was doing - because I guess he doesn’t know Kokichi fully either - that doesn’t change how utterly stupid and irrational this was. In a Class Trial.
