Ok so I got MRI results back this morning and I've just been kinda out of it all day due to a chronic pain flare but my brain decided to write a song to the tune of "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands" for one of the findings and it makes me laugh. I dreamed that Target ran an ad campaign that was just titled “You’re Autistic” to advertise 50% off all stim toys and if I wasn’t already diagnosed I’d assume that was a form of prophecy tbh.

Me, starting a new anime: Do I like that character, or am I recognizing the voice actor of a character I like in a different anime and liking the character they're voicing by association?

So I bought some Haikyuu blind pull keychains while out with my mom and she asked what they were, so I said it was a sports anime. This 50 year old woman looked me dead in my eyes and asked “Is it a gay sports anime?” I said “Technically, no” and she goes “Oh, I must be thinking of that one gay sports one--hockey? No, Figure Skating!” Apparently, she heard about Yuuri on Ice and decided it meant all sports anime are gay, which is a wonderful take, but who told my mother about Yuuri on Ice???
