Over the weekend I went to a Q&A with Michelle Ang and here’s some things she shared:

Crosshair is her favourite clone

Crosshair and Omega are her favourite character dynamic

Her favourite scene to record was the moment between Tech and Omega after Echo has left

Often when recording lines Dee Bradley Baker would record in story order rather than by character and in order to make switching between each bad batcher he had a catch phrase for them - Tech’s catch phrase was ‘easy breezy’ because nothing ever bothers him

It was so wonderful to talk to her and learn more about our favourite tv show and characters

Watching ‘AFIN’ on Amazon Prime. I do love that Gabrielle never pronounces Akemi’s name right.

Akeemi she calls her. It’s actually really funny.

I know Renee never wanted to play jealousy when it came to Xena and Akemi’s relationship when Gabrielle learned that it wasn’t platonic but I love headcanoning a bit of spite from her because I fucking hate Akemi.

She’s the worst character in the whole show to me.

She’s a manipulative lying sack of shit. And Xena always fell for that sweet and innocent rouse when it’s women.

She was just lucky Gabrielle was the real deal. So yeah, I headcanon a little bit of spite on Gabrielle’s behalf on it.

About the only useful thing she did was give Gabrielle the dragon tattoo that would protect her from Yodoshi but she wouldn’t have had to do that if she had fucking explained that Xena couldn’t come back to life anyway!

Withdrawing that information from both of them cost them dearly. I see that cost as being her fucking fault.

And partially Xena’s for being stupid enough to believe her. Not noticing when she was being played like a fool.

And yet SHE’S the one that lectures Gabrielle on trust.

Throwback to the time where Dee Bradley Baker said that it would be Awesome if Crosshair and Ventress would sing The Time Warp together xD

My grandma loves The Rocky Horror Picture Show and she watched it again yesterday, and since then I can’t stop imagining Cross and Asajj singing together.

I tried to do some story boarding but I just can’t get it right, I have the vision in my head but I can’t get it down on paper :”)

For Character distribution:

Crosshair and Asajj sing the parts of Riff Raff and Magenta obviously

Omega sings the part of Columbia

And Tech says the story teller’s lines because I want him in there too because I miss him :”)

Let it be after S3 or one of these funny Actor AU’s xD

SO! There is a celebration on Pabu, a party with music and drinks etc. etc. Karaoke if you may xD and everyone is having a wonderful time. At some point, a slightly drunk Wrecker dares a slightly drunk Crosshair to go up on the stage and sing. Cross is all in and goes up to the stage to ask if the Karaoke thing has a certain song in it, it does so he goes back to get Ventress (who’s also a tiny bit drunk)

“I need your voice, come with me please”

They go up on stage and the music starts, the crowd is cheering and standing up.

Omega is super perplexed and amused with what Crosshair does and looks over to Hunter who just shrugs with a smile and takes another sip of his drink. Wrecker is laughing and standing up to dance too.

Tech, being in charge of sound and light, takes his mice and says “It’s just a jump to the left.” while everyone else sings and dances to the song “Put your hands on your hip” and it goes on xD

When Columbia’s part comes up, Omega downs her drink (orange juice) and quickly runs to the stage and jumps up, snatching the hat of a man in the crowd and putting it on.

They all dance and cheer and it’s just really fun.

After the song is over, Cross Omega and Asajj bow while everyone else cheered and applauded xD

It’s just such a funny thing to imagine and I kinda hope that Dee, Michelle and Nika go together and do this for us xD

Also, if you want to use my idea and want to animate it, go ahead and do it xD I’m more than happy to share my ideas with other great artists out there! <3
