The thing is that Midora doesn't even like apples.
Oh, it's easy enough to get them — all she had to do was find an apple orchard and write some human into collecting them all for her in a nice big bucket — but she just doesn't get the appeal. The hype. Seriously, what's the point of it all? There's so much mess involved: the weird liquid that runs down her chin, the hard crunch-crunch-crunch that bears on her teeth, the skin doesn't even taste good…
Well, at least they get her in good favor with everyone else up here. She leaves the Shinigami king's waiting room with a much lighter bucket and a new notebook tucked under her elbow.
Mm. Well. Ryuk's not the only one who can drum up some entertainment.

The human (name: Shizuka Endo; lifespan: 24 years, 2 months, 11 days) doesn't talk to her much. It — he? she? something else? do human pronouns even work the same way, Midora's never thought to check — mostly writes names and orders anime figurines and cries.
Urgh. It's a nice change from being up in the Shinigami realm, sure, but from Ryuk's stories she'd expected a little more… shock and awe. The most she's ever gotten out of Shizuka was a scream during her first entrance, but once Midora explained she wasn't here to put the kid down, Shizuka went right back to ignoring her and just writing, writing, writing.
Midora tries asking about the names; asking about how Shizuka plans to avoid the police (Ryuk had made it seem very difficult, but no one's knocking down their door yet, so her human must be doing something right); asking about the old hag who was Shizuka's first kill — that does get a reaction, finally: an anime figurine hurled at her and a fresh bout of silent crying.
"Uh," Midora says, blinking.
"Oh god, I'm sorry," Shizuka chokes, grabbing for a tissue. "Fuck. Did that hurt?"
"Nope." It'd passed right through her, actually, which Shizuka would have seen if not for having immediately doubled over with guilt. "That's the most interesting you've been in ages."
"I don't want to be interesting! I want—" Another pause for sad wet noises. "I wish I never got this stupid notebook."
"You can always give it back," Midora offers hopefully. This really hasn't been much entertainment; she could throw it somewhere else if the human would let her.
"No!" Shizuka scrabbles for the notebook with both hands. "I'm helping!"
"Helping?"
A long silence. Then, steadier: "Nobody should have to suffer like Gran did," Shizuka says, looking off into the middle distance all noble-like even with tears still glittering in brown eyes, and suddenly Midora does see what Ryuk meant. "Or Mom. S-She's happier. Now that she doesn't have to take care of Gran all the time. I can tell. She won't say she's happier but she is."
"Uh-huh," Midora says, doing her best to nod encouragingly. This is the most Shizuka has spoken in weeks. "Yeah."
Shizuka whips towards her suddenly. "You can tell too, right?"
"Wha?"
"That she's — doing better, I mean, she eats now. You know she eats now. You steal her apples."
"I didn't realize you noticed so much about me," Midora says, sort of touched.
Shizuka laughs humorlessly. "I thought you were gonna kill us all those first few weeks, so."
Awww. The human thinks she's competent! Motivated, even!
"Mom's doing better," Shizuka presses.
"Yeah," Midora lies. She doesn't pay enough attention to know. "Totally."
Shizuka's eyes narrow. "This isn't a ploy for more apples?"
"I don't really like them."
It occurs to Midora that this is the first time she's admitted this aloud.
"…Right, you don't take those anymore," Shizuka realizes, frowning. "What do snakes eat? Do you like eggs — Miia from Monster Musume likes eggs…"
"Who?"
"My wife," Shizuka says factually, plucking a figurine off one of the many shelves of them to show off to Midora.
"Your…?" Midora stares down at the plastic snake lady reclined in Shizuka's palms. Has human marriage changed so much since the last time she was down here?
"Agh, never mind." The figurine goes back on the shelf. "What do you like to eat?"
"…I don't know," Midora says.
"Right." For the first time Midora has ever seen, Shizuka smiles, wan. "Well. I can get you an egg."

Raw eggs suck for all the reasons apples do. Boiled eggs are a little nicer. They run through a gamut of human food before Shizuka hits on bananas.
"These are so much better," Midora enthuses. The softness! The sweetness! The consistency of flavor all the way through! Her poor teeth are practically weeping in joy. "Except the peel…"
"You don't eat the peel."
"Oh."

She almost wishes such a perfect food hadn't come to their attention so early, though, because her human goes right back to ignoring her after that.

Shizuka, Midora is starting to realize, needs problems to solve, and seems to think the notebook is the only way to solve the biggest one. It's weird watching some scrappy youngster write down more names in an hour than Midora's done in a century. Humans really do get addicted to the thing.
Well, if it's problems Shizuka wants…
Midora starts dropping banana peels on the floor when she's done with them. In a week she's already formed a small mountain. It stinks, the way all rotten fruit does.
No one comes to knock on the door. Shizuka doesn't seem to even notice.

Boring, Midora thinks. So boring. What was the point? What was the point of any of it? All she's done is watch someone die, and not even in a way that gets any extra years onto her lifespan.
The mom is mouthing silent prayer at the urn placed in front of the butsudan when Midora finds her, apparently unaware her kid keeled over an hour ago. Midora holds up an apple she got from the kitchen cabinet and dangles it back and forth in front of her. She promptly passes out, god, boring, everyone here is so damn boring.
Midora phases back into Shizuka's bedroom. Shizuka's slumped over the desk; it looks like every other time she's watched her human sleep, except for the lack of name or lifespan or anything at all over the head resting on Shizuka's folded arms. Midora slips the notebook out of the kid's grasp and tucks it into the folds along her body; she does the same with the apple.
For a second, she considers taking the bananas with her.

It starts like any other day to Tsuna . That being shot at or hit by a gigantic hammer or even town explosives at by Reborn to wake him up . It wakes him up that for sure . And like always it leaves it's scars even if not seen by the eye .
So Tsuna comes down for breakfast to his mother and the rest of the household . Hopping to eat food , food with which he has a truly a complicated relationship with , similarly to his mother .
Then suddenly something happens . Maybe it was the 10 year bazooka malfunctioning, a new experimenting gadget or something else entirely . What it was doesn't matter .
What matters is the next thing he saw was an entirely different world . Not a different timeline or anything of that sort , no it was undeably a completely different world . One that while has flames underlaying it was not as drenched not as chained to them as his own is , instead what controls this world is good food (and maybe strength on the side)
At first Tsuna takes it as a chance to relax as much as he can , thinking it's only a matter of time before Vongola comes to drag him back to it's bloody puppet king throne . So he might as well take as much pleasure and calm he can for the possibly last time in his life for all he knows .
Except ...
They never come .
Not minutes , not hours , not days , not weeks , not even months later do they come . And then it comes to Tsuna .
He is free . Free from the useless false gold coated wings and crown Vongola insist be put on his head . Tsuna cries that night , not from sadness but from the happiness of finally being free .
A new world that doesn't know him as anything else than what he shows . No Dame-Tsuna , no Vongola Decomo , not Neo Primo , not Vongola's young lion's son and not as Reborn's student . He doesn't even need to be Sawada Tsunayoshi , he can be just Tsuna .
So he chooses a new surname for himself . That being Komatsu simbolising his new try at life . And no longer burdened by Lemitsu and Reborn's and Vongola's insistence to carry a legacy means he can finally wear the name Tsunayoshi as his own . So he does , as Komatsu Tsunayoshi .
He still mourns some small parts of his previous life . Like Lambo and Ippin that despite the massive amount of trouble they cause he still loves , like Luna that despite everything too did warm his way in his heart , even his mother a little in a somewhat twisted type of love and mourning like in life . But the ones he mourned the hardest were his Mists , his Mists who were still in that prison . But they have each other , and he trusts Mukuro to use any and all connections Tsuna had to his advantage . If there was a corpse even better , then he better show the mafia hell on earth for everything they did . For all of them .
So Tsuna moves with his life as best he can . While traveling he even heals his relationship with food . And while not proud he does use some of what Reborn had thought him to make money in a pinch and also forge himself a identify to use at the moment with the legal age for the world (that's also funnyly enough also 18 here and the drinking law at 21 just like his home country of Japan . It definitely helped that the dominate language of the new word is a slightly bastardizes version of Japanese he can freight just having an accent at when he doesn't know something)
So he travels for a while searching for a passion to follow . And he found one , one that had been quite literally been below his nose . That passion is cooking . And he turned out to be rather good at it to his surprise . Then again without having what are essentially damaged nerves on his whole body it makes sense for his coordination to be better . So now that he isn't a walking tripping hazard his (at least moderate) athletics talent is showing .
So what does Tsuna do ? Inroll himself in a culinary high school of course (afther making himself a more permanent identity and even getting citizenship in one of the GIO countries to make traveling easier) . And sure it's the middle of the school year but whatever social problems were happening were going to happen either way . So he mainly stays a loner in highschool (or so he thinks . In reallity it's closer to the situation of Handa-kun aka everyone thinks he is the coolest most amazing person around while he thinks he is disliked by the entire school again)
Anyways time flies and he continues his studies in college , he too was surprised to end up there . Younger him dreamed finishing high school to hopefully get a somewhat stable job and now he is collage in one of the most respected professions in the world . How the table can turn so much isn't lost on him , especially with the mafia fiasco from before .
The biggest change however comes in the form of 2 friends . That being Otake and Nakaume (they remind him just enough of Chrome and Mukuro to be comfortable but are different enough to be new ) , the 3 of them hit it off rather well despite the stark differences in upbringing . They were also the main people he talked to during collage , as his trust issues were at it again making his social life harder (but at least those trust issues kept him alive)
But time flies and soon they graduate , all going their own paths (troth they still keep in contact) . Otake creating his own restaurant , Naraume taking over his family business and Tsuna takes the job offer from Hotel Gourmet . And considering Tsuna's culinary skills and chaos management skills it's no surprise he rose to the position of head chef in only 2-3 years .
Yet his employers can see the frankly ridiculous amount of raw talent in that little body . So what did they do ? Start throwing him on missions with any relatively good bishokuya . Toriko just so happened to be the first on the list , the list that just so happened to contain bishokuya with GIO alligance as the first choices (directly after Toriko is Sunny) . Honestly the Hotel staff didn't tink Komatsu would catch either of them because it's a known fact that with the somewhat of an exception Coco they are all brats . And yet Tsuna did it , he practically got Toriko on his little finger .
Not that the situation with Toriko is rainbows and sunshine . The man is still an enormous brat . And that's without mentioning Tsuna's own problems . One of them being the man doesn't know how to both properly court and be properly courted in flame ways (his and Mukuro's flame courting was made fully subconscious on both of their part) . And having had his most secure guardian bond be what for literally any other Harmony a walking hazzard . So having Toriko whose way of flame courting is very very similar to a cat doesn't really help the situation (even with him having the advantage of Tsuna not having as much trauma from Mists like literally every other Element)
So that are essencaly dancing around each other , probing to see who would take the initiative and take it to the next level . The initiative ends up being given to Toriko after Tsuna had met around half the family and deciding he isn't giving him up to anyone else . Wich is wise on his part because:
Just after meetting him Coco and his Rain flames decided that Tsuna is his to protect and sooth
Less than a day after meeting him Sunny changed from torelating to actively adoring Tsuna and putting his safety above pretty much everything else
Then we have Rin who despite not wanting to form a Combo with Tsuna makes Toriko weirdly territorial and protective , which is strange considering Rin is his sister not concurrency like his brother
Of course we also have to mention Mansam who is rather chummy with Tsuna and looks to be one step away from offering to become Combo or to change jobs and become inner IGO chef
So to keep the home like chef close Toriko accept going for the ozone herb and when they succeeded he asked the question , and he got a strong yes
And it was good he asked the question at last , if he didn't Zebra might have actually succeeded in stealing Tsuna all for himself
And of course there is also everyone else who just continues to throw themselves at Tsuna , even Brunch a fellow chef is not immune to his charms
Tsuna on the other hand is very confused as to why he suddenly has so many strong elements throwing themselves at him . Because there is :
Toriko who wormed his way into the position of Main Mist Guardian on his own . And also might or might not be trying to worm his way into marriage...
Then Coco , Coco who deserves better than what he was handed . The same Coco who also wormed his way into the position of a Guardian , this time Rain . And sure Coco is a little feral but in comparison to Takeshi everyone would look calmer . He also rather likes the fact that rather than putting him in trouble Coco tries to keep him out of it
Then we have Sunny who despite his name isn't a Sun (Which is probably for everyone's peace of mind as sane Suns seem to hate Tsuna) , instead he is a Storm with a maybe could secondary . Still despite everything he does so much less collateral damage that Gokudera Tsuna can only tank the gods , and even Sunny's personality of giving backhanded compliments is preferable to Gokudera's lies of loyalty to him and not Vongola (he has always known better) . Still Sunny is a Strom and like a hurricane he took the place of Main Storm in Tsuna's flames like it was always his , and Tsuna couldn't find it in himself to regret it
Rin , Rin who might look like Chrome but is Mukuro's sharpness , cunning and ambitiousness in a different package . A part of Tsuna mellows when she is close , and like the clever woman she is Rin takes her rightfully place in his harmony for all to see
Then there is Teppei . Teppei who despite combitability and even Tsuna earlier irratetion of the mafia that and didn't dare take the place of Main Cloud . Tsuna can only guess his flames know he couldn't stay still to be a permanent part of a Harmony , still Tsuna doesn't mind housing such a polite Cloud
Then he met Zebra . Who is unaronically the second most polite and most pacifistic Cloud (The first being of course Skull DeMort himself) . Tsuna doesn't care what anyone else says Zebra is a delight to what he had to deal on the day before . And he would know what a pacifistic Cloud is like , he has been raised in the Hibari Kyoya's territory since toddler hood . So yeah he has no complaints on Zebra taking the role of Main Cloud
Later on he met Brunch and finally understood ... What having a Lightning is really like . Because Lambo ? He was an element of his sure , but a Guardian ? No , he was far too young for Tsuna to be able to trust him in such a way . With Brunch however he can finally understand what being grounded is like , and it freeing in its own way . To know the way back home . With Brunch taking the role of Main Lightning Tsuna had never felt so right in his life
And then he finally officially met Startjun(and down the line harmonized) . And he can only curse his luck with Suns , because of course he had to deal with another psychotic inverted Sun . The main difrence however is the lack of most of the phycological and physical torture he was expecting from Star after being in Reborn's "mercies" . So Starjun isn't as bad as Reborn , that's not to say he is a good human being (Tsuna doesn't have enough good luck for that to happen) . His and Otake's Combo and small harmonization (with neither being a sky) only made Star's position of Main Sun more stable with Otake's Sun&Mist mix who had long since been in Tsuna's Harmony
And then when Tsuna met Midora he found something he didn't tink was even possible . That being a home for the Could flames that have been slowly but steadily growing and strengthening ever since he escaped Vongola's cage . And the home he found were in Midora's sky flames , the small and malnourished flames that cradled his own so gently like they were priceless pieces of art . And Midora's own Cloud to tried to soth and cradle Tsuna's Sky ones . While his face and body might not say it his flames sung of his sorrow , of his loss , of his loneliness , of each and every little ting that had broken Midora from a great and warm Sky&Cloud to a broken Cloud and an even more broken Sky . So he chose to keep his new element and Sky company , at least until his Mist and Combo comes . By then however he was Midora's first and foremost . So he took care of him .
Then came Toriko to finally take him home . As both a welcome back and goodbye Tsuna cooked for a few of the insatiable gluttons who have wormed their way into his heart .
Time continue to move and more ting happen .
Until Tsuna and a group of chefs come into the Word Of Souls . Where he finally learns what Flames are called , that being "Flames Of Hunger For Life" . He learned that from King Slime and/or Ichiryu . A rarely seen Gourmet Energy phenomenon in whish said Gourmet energy takes the form of a colored flame each with their own strength . However because just causing it is rare and having someone even somewhat trained is even rarer , there are maybe 2 or 3 such masters at maximum alive at the same time . So imagine their surprise on Tsuna being one such master . Because despite or more accurately exactly because of everything the mafia did to him Tsuna has been waiting for the other shoe to drop even a decade and a half later because of all the fear and terror Reborn installed into him , like he is a dog they trained to fight . He escaped but the scars never really left , for good or bad .
So when he , Otake and Naraume finally were done he might have also thrown a punch or a hundred with pure unadulterated rage , like Neo was a pinching bag to trow his frustration on (the irony of the so called "Neo Primo Vongola" punching a creature of pure nigh unsutiated hunger like it owed him a debt it had failed to replay isn't lost on him) . In either case canon ending happens (and everyone is very very terrified if Tsuna decides he wants to spar , other than the idiots trying to score a date with him they are even deeper in love . Because a kind chef ? Who can also absolutely beat their asses ? Sing them in !
Then comes the banquet (that rather than being Toriko and Rin's wedding is instead in honor of Rin becoming the CEO of GIO after tings stoped being so chaotic and with Manson as the only one experienced enough to know what to do , and also so GIO can boast of sucsidinh in creating lab grown GOD) that is over all a happy time . Tsuna even was able to finally say his final goodbye to his Sky . He had known Midora had been dead for months , he felt the connection break . Still seeing him one final time allowed for Tsuna's Cloud to stop blaming itself for their Sky's death and allowing him to mourn properly at last . The two of them even exchanged smiles as a last bye .
And then like always his Harmony throws themselves into trouble . This time in space .
Do you think the reason that Starjun mimics Midora's hair is similar to children imitating their dad ?
Welp. I ended up going WAY more into this than I thought while looking for image references for this so I'll give ya the TLDR of my original headcanon and if you (or anyone reading this) wants to crawl down the rabbit hole with me, feel free!
TLDR; I (originally) thought Starjun's hair was similar to Midora's out of respect/admiration/possible sucking-up. (Because Midora's self-centered, Starjun could've been copying to win brownie points like how Setsuno makes Toriko wear his hair like Jirou, or Starjun did it unconsciously because he wanted to be more like Midora). And you could attribute that to a father-son sort of thing (y'know, 'child see, child do'). If that's what you mean?
If you think it's more of a familial thing, I would say there's definitely some foreshadowing hidden in the hair symbolism. (Details/spoilers below the cut because while I was responding to this I dug myself down a helluva rabbit hole).
ALRIGHT BUCKLE UP BECAUSE MOD CHEF HAS REALISED SOMETHING TRULY AWFUL ONCE AGAIN
I'm gonna start by pointing out that in the Toriko universe, although genetics is kinda played with loosely, it's established that people will copy the hairstyles of their relatives more than their mentors/role models.
The easy thing to do would be to say "look at how none of the Kings have even remotely similar hair to Ichiryu", but we also have no reference for the Kings' predecessors (other than Toriko, but we'll unpack that later).
Instead, let's take a look at one of the only actual genetic relationships shown on screen: Jirou and Teppei.
We already know that Jirou and Teppei are biologically related, but more than that, we know that Jirou and Teppei went down completely different paths. Sure, Teppei clearly respects Jirou, but it's because Jirou took him Gourmet Hunting that Teppei decided not to become a Gourmet Hunter.
They went two completely different routes, Teppei not mimicking Jirou, and yet how do they style their hair?
The exact same way.
This is what I realised that sent me down the rabbit hole.
(Before anyone mentions it: Yes I know Acacia and Ichiryuu had similar hair but that was only temporary because Acacia had gotten a power-up. For the most part Acacia's hair was in that very, very long ponytail.)
We all know Toriko's family tree is a wreath. Let's take a look at Acacia's weird family, namely I want to look at Midora and Starjun, since that's what you're asking about.
Obviously pretty similar: They both have long, choppy black hair that sorta hangs in tendrils.
But you may notice something kinda interesting: Midora's hair has a much messier cut and some of it hangs into his face. It's not like the other disciples, but it's definitely familiar...
Hm... where have we seen a character with messy black hair that hangs into their face?
We know that Midora isn't Froese's biological son, but obviously there's some sort of parallel to be drawn here. And once you make that connection, it's easier to then realise how Starjun is part of this backwards family. Especially once you consider how Starjun's rank in Gourmet Corp is officially a 'Sous Chef'. And Froese was a chef.
And not just any chef! She could perform God Cooking. Let's take a look at what her God Cooking looks like...
Hmm... where else have we seen that?
HMM...
Maybe I'm cherry-picking for what I want to see, but doesn't Starjun's hair look a lot more like Froese's? Froese's hair is everywhere but it's got a flow, the ends are wavy, but smooth. Clumps flow in similar directions, and are generally pretty thick. Notice how Midora's hair has much finer clumps going in other directions? Even Starjun's face is shaded like Froese's. Perhaps there's an argument to be made that Midora's similarities to Froese are something of a red herring, with the real foreshadowing coming from Starjun? Maybe that Midora's design is almost a mockery of Froese's -- similar, but almost more tentacle-like, more visually threatening? Or perhaps that Midora's similarities are an attempt to copy her, but not getting it quite right?
Admittedly, it's more likely that Shimabu decided that "Evil Villains with Bug-Like or Tentacle-Like Motifs = Long Black Tentacle-Like Hair" was an easy design, but I would say it's not a stretch to assume he made Starjun's hair similar to Midora's in order to solidify that Starjun is the Important one with some sort of connection to Midora (especially since Starjun is the only non-bug-themed Sous Chef).
You can't ignore Occam's Razor. And the simplest explanation is that Shimabu drew inspiration from Dragon Ball and decided that more power = more hair. But where's the fun in that?
I decided to write an SFW Alphabet for Midora as a celebration of reaching 400 followers! And also a little bit as a thanks for the patience while I'm figuring out coding.
I looked around some and can't for the life of me find where the trend is from but the content is under the cut.
A= Affection
(How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
She has never been good at hiding what she feels, her face wears her emotions clear as day. She finds no need to try and hide it either, those she cares for deserve to know how much they mean to her.
Big words mean little in her mind. What matters is the time spent together, and the things you do for each other. But what Midora craves most of all is touch.
(If romanced:) She craves your touch more than that of anyone else. She likes the fleeting touches. The soft hand you placed on her back as you moved past her, the kiss she gives you on your forehead each morning, and resting her head against your shoulder as you sit beside each other.
B= Best friend
(What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start)
She has never struggled to make friends, her open and kind nature is something many are drawn to. And she is drawn in turn to those with kind hearts.
That is how the friendship starts, with a sense of kinship and understanding. Your heart is all that matters, how you express your kindness is nothing she lays any judgment on.
With time the bond would grow into a bone-deep trust, her trust in your judgments and reasonings, and your trust in her, that you could come to her with anything and she would help without question.
C= Cuddles
(Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Few things bring such warmth to her chest as those quiet and slow mornings. The two of you basking in each other’s presence as the minutes slowly tick by. The weight of your arm slung over her waist, gently pulling her closer to you when she tries to move. She prefers to see your face, to see the softness of your features as you rest along with her. Your warmth balms her very soul, the chaos of the world left beyond the threshold to your shared room.
D= Domestic
(Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
She wants to build a life, to make something that is hers. Being surrounded by those she calls friends and family. But settling down somehow means slowing down, and of that, she has no interest. Exploring or helping others, she doesn’t want a slow or quiet life, but she would like a place to come home to between the little adventures, a place of her own, and a garden filled with herbs.
Her cooking and cleaning skills are passable but nothing special.
E= Ending
(If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
It would begin with two cups of lavender tea, prepared the same way her mother did when she was younger and had been upset. With a gentle hand on your shoulder, she would ask you to sit down beside her. Her words would be gentle but to the point, she’d cry. Cry for the love that’s lost and she’d try to offer you some comfort if you would want her to.
F= Fiance
(How do they feel about commitment? How quickly would they want to get married?)
Marriage is not a custom among nymphs, and so she has never considered it. She wouldn’t mind it, but she feels no need to let someone else confirm what she already knows. That she is yours and that you are hers.
G= Gentle
(How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
To those she cares for she is soft, both in words and actions. It is also how she approaches most people. She can turn harsh on those she deems not deserving of it.
In other words, she won’t waste her kindness on an asshole.
H= Hugs
(Do they like hugs? How often do they do it and what is it like?)
Hugs between friends, between family, or between lovers. It’s a way for her to express the care she has for them. Midora’s hugs are always soft, with a firm pressure enveloping you. It feels like a soft yet cool blanket that wraps around you.
I= I love you
(How fast do they say the L-word?)
She will take her time to tell you how she feels. The words won’t come fast for her. But you’ll know far before then, in the actions she takes and the care that she shows you. It will take time, but the words will come, warm and sweet and wrapped in all the love she carries for you.
J= Jealousy

Midora is not really one to get jealous. If someone’s making you uncomfortable however, she will make it clear that the person would do best to leave. If you flirt with others when she sees you, she will ask you why. If your answer is not a good one she’ll mourn the love you lost.
K= Kisses
(What are their kisses like? Where do they kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
She loves to kiss you on your lips, to press her warm and plush mouth against yours. But in truth, she loves to kiss your cheek the most. Her fingers will caress the side of your face, gently urging you closer to her. She’ll let her breath brush against your skin for a moment before she gives you a small but lingering peck infused with all the affection she feels for you. The touch is intimate and leaves a lingering warmth that stays with you even as you’ve left her company.
L= Little ones
(How are they around children?)
She believes that children deserve the world. And she likes them… From a distance.
M= Morning
(How are mornings spent with them?)
If you, like her, enjoy to linger in bed. If you like waking up slowly alongside her as the sun’s first rays slowly start to illuminate the bed you share just as much as she does. Then you’ll lie there together, basking in your shared warmth. It’s only when her stomach starts to rumble that she’ll begrudgingly move away from you, to begin the day with a quiet grumble of discontent.
If you are the sort to leap out of bed at first light, you’ll have to spend those first moments alone. She’ll join you a few moments later, sleep still making her limbs heavy as she moves to one of the chairs. There won’t be much conversation to be had, but she’ll be there to keep you company.
N= Night
(How are nights spent with them?)’
The night is for the two of you, going to sleep with you is one of the habits she’ll insist most on. Even on the most busy of days, she’ll want to end them with you, in the comfort you both bring each other. If you are up for it, that comforting warmth might turn into something more heated. The slow kisses turning hurried and hungry, your breaths mingling as you work to sate the need for one another.

(When will they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or reveal little things slowly?)
She’ll give you little pieces of herself as time goes by, there are a few things that she won’t speak of and whenever you broach a subject she isn’t ready to share yet she’ll let you know.
P= Patience
(How easily are they angered?)
She is not easy to anger, kindness is her first response. But she refuses to waste her kind words on those who never return them.

(How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every detail or forget the minor things?)
Each piece of you she’ll hoard like a dragon of old, which tea you like best, your favorite color, or if there is something you wish to do but have not been able to yet. It’s one of the ways she shows that she loves you.
R= Remember
(What is their favorite moment of your relationship?)
I won’t answer because of spoilers, but it’ll be a moment of vulnerability and trust between her and you. She’ll trust you to show love and affection in a way that’s most intimate to her.
S= Security
(How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Seeing you hurt, or even uncomfortable sets something alight in her. A burning need to make you feel better, make you feel safe. She won’t turn to violence, words will be the first thing she reaches for. With a glare, she’ll let the offender know that they are not wanted. Should they press the matter further, she’ll do what she needs to keep the both of you safe.
T= Try
(How much effort do they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, and everyday tasks?)
There is nothing special about anniversaries in her mind, she might mark the day somewhat. Some nice food and good wine is more than enough for her. If you make it clear to her that it’s important to you she’ll put more effort in. She shows her love for you each day, an anniversary is no different.
U= Ugly
(What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
She never meant to leave a mess, never meant to drag her dirt-covered boots all over the floors. To leave brown, dirty prints on each surface as she searches for the watering can she swears she left somewhere around here.
V= Vanity
(How concerned are they with their looks?)
Her hair is more to her than just something pretty, the flowers she adds make it alive and vibrant. It is important to her, and each month she’ll remake those braids with meticulous care, spending the entire day and often also the night to get it just the way she wants.
W= Whole
(Would they feel incomplete without you?)
She would not wish to live without you, but if forced she’ll make do. Life, death, and loss are all a natural part of life and she’s had a long time to come to terms with losing people close to her. The memories she has of you will always be cherished, but her life won’t grind to a halt. She’ll move on, carrying a piece of you with her always-

(A random headcanon for them)
She has tea for everything, if you want to sleep, chamomile, if you need to calm down, lavender, or if you have a cold, ginger. If she had her way she would drink no water at all, instead getting all her fluid from tea.
Y= Yuck
(What are some things they wouldn't like in general or in a partner?)
She’ll never understand those who do not and would never want animals in the bed. They are a part of the family, where else would they sleep? On the floor, the hard floor that grows cold in the winter? The furry little beasts deserve the best, and she doesn’t understand how you could not want the same.
Z= Zzz
(What are some sleeping habits of theirs?)
Midora is a snorer, a gentle and soft snore, but a snore nonetheless. And for you to wake her from that sleep you’ll need to shake her for minutes on end, shouting for her to wake up.

Si hablamos hablamos del Shinigami más abrazable ... Yo estaría entre Gelus, Rem, Gook tal vez incluso Ryuk y Midora pero estos tres últimos lo veo difícil..
El más besable ... Probablemente sean solo Gelus y Rem son los únicos que veo que aceptarían eso... dependiendo de quien eres pero si descartamos eso incluiría a Midora y a Gook ( el ultimo por ser lo suficientemente perezoso como para no hacer nada al respecto) y Ryuk te anotaría en su nota junto a Midora si hicieras eso supongo, así que no los incluyo abiertamente c:

If we talk about the most huggable Shinigami... I would be between Gelus, Rem, Gook maybe even Ryuk and Midora but I find these last three difficult.
The most kissable... It's probably just Gelus and Rem who are the only ones I see who would accept that... depending on who you are but if we rule that out it would include Midora and Gook (the last one for being lazy enough to do nothing about it) and Ryuk would write you down in his note along with Midora if you did that I guess, so I'm not including them openly c:
