(+ 15 minutes cardio workout + glutes and abs workout)
abs are so soooreee from my workout yesterday..not looking forward to tomorrow, it'll hurt twice as bad because of Cassie's On Fire Series.. blehh
I really need to get back on track. It's so hard for me right now. My life is going on and on and on and it's so crazy. It's hard for me to be the girl I want to be. It's alreads end of march, that means that the season for dresses and skirts and hotpants it's going to start soon in Germany. And my weight isn't even close to what I wanted it to be this time last year. I'm still above 60 kgs (130 lbs) what seems to be an obstacle I can't overcome.
Okay I lost already 4.5 kgs / 10 lbs since I started my weight loss journey. But I started last year in JUNE. And I lost this weight in the first 3 months and am now struggling to continue my journey.I really want to be in a better shape soon. My skinny friend is a runner now. Now she is skinny (okay, to skinny to be honest) AND some nice muscles. I've the feeling I'm left behind.
And I really have to do something to catch up. I decided to come back to tumblr and invest more time in tumblr than some other stupid things. Yesterday I started to check up on all my fitblrs while smoking my cigarettes (and yeah, I get the irony in this ;D)
Yesterday I did the whole blogilates day workout. 45 minutes + 10 minutes stretching. Today I want to go jogging for 35 minutes.To be honest I didn't like this months blogilates calender at all. I had the feeling Cassey was a bit lazy with it. Yeah I get it, she has a lot to do. But since I pay this stupid fee for the app monthly I was disappointed. I hope the next month is going to be better and more different, like the ones before.
I try to come back to clean eating combined with weight watchers, it's the best for me lose weight. Without weight watchers I was only able to maintain my weight (what makes me proud), but I really need to lose at least 4 kgs / 9 lbs before May. And still 10.1 kgs / 23 lbs before I reach my ultimate goal weight (52 kgs / 114 lbs).
So, next goals: losing 600 g / 1.3 lbs til next monday (31st of march) - 61.5 kgs / 135.6 lbs losing 2.2 kgs / 4.9 lbs til 15th april - 59.9 kgs / 132 lbs

Don't get paid until Monday... Meaing my challenge will start on monday. I will try to eat as close to the meal plan as possible with what I have in the house already.
BUT on the workout side of things I did day 26 of the #MightyMarch workout calendar. Not an easy task but I did it. Yay!
