nuts. You should consider keeping a food diary to track what you eat and drink, as well as how you feel afterward. This can help you or your doctor isolate specific foods or ingredients that may be triggering your migraines.
You can also embark on a two-week test run of a pain-safe diet. During this time, you should only choose food or drinks from the “safe” list and avoid foods thought to be common triggers. During this time, you should take note of your migraine frequency and severity. After two weeks have passed, Slowly introduce other foods back into your diet. I need more friends with chronic migraines. I've had this headache for literally a month despite my neurologist's best efforts. I'm not giving up. I just need someone to commiserate with me.
I finally get to quarantine like the rest of the world; The cost of it all though is pain, exhaustion and weight loss. As I have been cutting out everything to try and stop migraines from occurring!
So far I’ve had thirteen in four weeks which is hitting close to the Chronic Migraine level...and I’m already calling it that this is what I’m suffering with.
Which in all honesty; I could live without all this pain right now.
Selfie night! Honestly the health has not been great the past couple of weeks- my insomnia has been terrible so I’m trying an online CBT for insomnia program which currently has me restricting my sleep. In turn this is making my migraines worse 😭
However we are increasing the dose on my new med so hopefully that will increase the benefits from it! And my neurologist recommended that I get sea bands which are kind of ugly but at least they seem to be helping with the nausea. Hopefully as my head gets better the depression and anxiety will too as they’ve been affected a lot by the health
Between Taylor’s music and Christmas music and a new podcast I recently discovered though we are getting through it and the semester is almost over!
